Memorable birthday stay
Pros:

Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were amazing and made sure we had a comfortable stay and always happy to help. They even gave us a complimentary birthday surprise of cake and bed decorations which made for a memorable stay. Would definitely recommend. Spa is also luxurious if you like soft relaxing massages please request massage therapist Green she is amazing!

Pros:

Just a heads-up: there is construction right next door, so it is too noisy if you want to hang out at the hotel during the day. It is also pretty far from shops or attractions, but on the bright side, they do have a great shuttle

Pros:

The property was stunning. Really nice pool area. Lovely cocktail bar and restaurant. The staff were exceptional, they really looked after every need.

The cleanliness is extremely poor — honestly, this is the biggest issue with the hotel.

Some of the staff are helpful and cooperative, while others are not.

The food is average, with very limited options and not much variety.

The location is excellent and definitely one of the hotel’s positives.

However, when it comes to cleanliness, absolutely not. The cleanliness standards are very disappointing and need significant improvement.
