Pros:

Huge spacious room
Big bathroom
Great, calm location , close to the city center

Cons:

Pillows could have been better , I like having big pillows
Also there is no extra surface to put your things in the bathroom , I had to put mine on the lid of the toilet

Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und alles sah sehr neuwertig aus. Die nahe Anbindung zur U-Bahn war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg zu erkunden.

Cons:

An das online Einchecken muss man sich erst gewöhnen, war aber letztendlich okay.

Lovely room, very comfortable and lightly in a quiet area with good transport links
Pros:

Very comfortable and peaceful. Good and modern facilities. Size of the room and the bathroom were good. Acceptable kitchen services even without a stove

Cons:

No room service at all during the stay and no one to help/ask. We ran out of toillet paper on day 2 and we couldn't find a way of getting more, so we had to buy ourselves at a supermarket.

Modern, Nice But There's Room For Improvement
Pros:

The accomodation was nice, clean and modern with a good value for money (if you book early enough)! The staff was there at the reception when I arrived and when I had problems with the online check-in, they were happy to check me in (thank you again)! The U1 U-bahn stop is right there if you don't fancy the 15-20 minute walk from/to the Hauptbahnhof and a Lidl is also within a 2-3 minute walk but a Kaufland hypermarket is nearby as well if you're looking for wider grocery selection. Overall, I was quite satisfied with HUB apartments!

Cons:

As much as the online check-in can be convenient and has its benefits, the system they operate it on was clunky from my experience. When I tried to check-in online well after 15:00/3:00 PM multiple times, the system still said my room is not ready yet because of cleaning and even after the receptionist tried to solve it out, the system still didn't want to check me in for another 5-10 minutes. Eventually the system gave in and the kind receptionist was able to check me in but I think HUB Apartments or whoever responsible for maintaining the system have to work on ironing out this problem as I read from other guests, this wasn't exactly an isolated occurence on my part.

Pros:

Nice & comfortable place to stay for a few days in Hamburg. The check-in process was smooth. Hamburg Hbf at a walking distance of approx. 10 mins. U-Bahn stop "Lohmühlenstraße" is just across the street.
