8월14일 아침식사 때 누가 사용했던 포크를 세팅해놔 여직원(덩치가 큼) 불러서 더럽다 했더니 바꿔줘? 바꿔줘 ? 만 할뿐 미안하다는 말이 없어 완전 기분 상했을 기본이 안된 직원

Rien. Je note néanmoins que la piscine que je n’ai pas utilisée était belle et relativement grande pour Bangkok

Cons:

L’hôtel est une usine à gaz. Beaucoup trop de monde. Dés chambres d’hôtel mais également, si j’ai bien compris des airbnb. Très impersonnel par conséquent. Mais ce n’est pas ce qui m’a le plus dérangée. À l’arrivée dans la chambre: une odeur terrible d’humidité, jusqu’aux mouchoirs dans la salle de bains. Informé, l’hôtel n’a eu aucune réaction même quand j’ai indiqué souhaiter ecourter mon séjour prévu pour deux nuits seulement. J’ai demandé le service de ménage à l’issue de la première nuit, ils n’ont rien fait. Donc pas de changement des serviettes, ni ajout de papier toilette. Il n’y a par ailleurs aucun kit d’hygiène à dispo, il faut le demander en cas de besoin. La chambre avait à fortiori été nettoyée de manière extrêmement superficielle (les sols étaient loin d’être nickel). En bref, pas une super expérience pour Bangkok surtout vu le prix il y’a bien mieux ailleurs.

Lämminhenkinen henkilökunta, asiakkaat huomioonottava palvelu.

Tunsin itseni heti tervetulleeksi hotelliin.
Hyvä aamiainen , siisteys.
Huone oli tilava ja siisti ja sain huoneen ylhäältä .

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa ei ripustus mahdollisuutta, vain 1 koukku pyyhkeelle.
Muuten hyvä kylpyhuone ja hygienia tuotteet.

Great staff, good value for money
Pros:

The staff is really kind and cooperative

Cons:

Location-wise it can be tricky, however they have shuttle bus every hour to the closest BTS station
