Pros:

Staff was nice, makes effort even with the language barrier to communicate. bus was frequent as advertised.

Cons:

Our room was not clean had to ask for another room, and their furnitures were old, can’t open the windows due to noise and dust. Only if the rooms were as clean as the reception. The hotel is not as clean as advertised plus the location is not great. Don’t fall for the cute pictures.can get better hotels at similar price.

Le car mis à notre disposition pour nous transporter aller et retour de l'hôtel au haram durant tout le séjour.

Cons:

Pas grand chose, tout simplement que j'aurais voulu être plus près du haram peut-être. Merci 😘

Oteli internetteki görsellerine ve konumuna yakın olup servis imkânı olduğu için tercih ettim ancak maalesef tamamen pişmanlık yaşadım.
Odalardaki çarşaflarda sarı lekeler var ve kötü kokuyor.
WC temizlenmemiş, peçete bile kontrol edilmemiş.
Odanın halısı aşırı derecede pis ve tozlu.

Otel, sanayi içinde kuytu bir yerde bulunuyor ve asla tercih edeceğim bir konum değildi.
Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar iyi ve ilgili ancak ne yazık ki bu durum konforu artırmıyor.

Konum olarak daha bakımlı ve temiz, ayrıca daha sık servis (otobüs) imkânı olan bir otel çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak temizlik ve ulaşım konusunda maalesef çok yetersiz.

لقد اخترت الفندق بناءً على الصور الموجودة على الإنترنت وقربه وتوفر خدمة النقل، ولكن للأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال تمامًا.

هناك بقع صفراء على أغطية الأسرة في الغرف ورائحتها كريهة.
دورة المياه غير نظيفة ولم يتم حتى التأكد من توفر المناديل.
سجاد الغرفة متسخ جدًا ومليء بالغبار.

يقع الفندق في مكان منعزل داخل منطقة صناعية ولم يكن موقعًا يمكنني اختياره أبدًا.
موظفو الاستقبال جيدون ومتعاونون، لكن هذا للأسف لا يحسن مستوى الراحة.

من حيث الموقع، كان يمكن أن يكون الفندق أفضل لو كان أكثر نظافة وصيانة، ومع توفر خدمة نقل (حافلات) بشكل متكرر. لكن من ناحية النظافة والنقل، فهو للأسف سيئ
