Everything you need in a place that can get you anywhere

The space was great everything we needed, self check in was very handy as we got into Japan very late, very close to the train station which was excellent.

Pros:

The location is perfect, short walk from JR Hirai Station which if perfect if you have JR Passes, there are plenty of convenient store, restaurant, pharmacy and drugstore nearby which is so helpful since we visit during winter.

They also respond immediately to us if we have questions, plus they also have luggage storage that really help us to save a few bucks after we checked out.

The neighborhood is so peaceful, there are laundry shop nearby as well and easy to use which is a plus

Definetely will book again if we will visit Tokyo again :)

הגעתי בערב. המקום היה נטוש, אין מעלית. הייתי לבד עם מזוודה הייתי צריכה להגיע לקומה 4. עד שעליתי לבסוף הקוד לא עבד ונשארתי בחוץ. אף אחד לא ענה לטלפונים או למיילים ונאלצתי לקחת מלון אחר. לא ישנתי במלון הזה !!!! לעולם לט אגיע ולא אמליץ עליהם. מבקשת את כספי בחזרה.

Tu casa en Hirai 平井の快適なアパート
Pros:

En la segunda vez que me quedo. A 10 minutos en tren de la Yamanote, me encanta este apartamento. Tiene doble ventana la terraza, así que se conserva bien la temperatura. Se oye el tren pero a mí me resulta relajante.
Me gusta que tiene todo lo necesario, como si vivieras allí: productos de limpieza, champú, etc. Súper fácil hacer la colada, hay para colgar la ropa. Está vez ya tenían disponible una arrocera. Y el proyector arreglado y bien sujeto a la pared.

今回は2回目の滞在です。山手線まで電車で10分ほどで、とても気に入っています。
ベランダには二重窓があり、室内の温度が保たれやすく、電車の音も私には落ち着く音でした。
生活に必要なものがそろっており、炊飯器やプロジェクターも使えました。
洗濯もとても簡単で、洗濯物を干す場所もあります。

Esta vez noté que la limpieza del baño fue descuidada. La bañera está separada de la pared y no es fácil de limpiar entre la bañera y la zona de ducha. Cuando sacaba el agua de la bañera, salían pelos, polvo, incluso juguetes de niños. Por favor, mejoren eso.

一方、バスルームの清掃は十分とは言えず、髪の毛やほこり、子どものおもちゃなどが出てきました。
今後の改善を期待しています。

Pros:

The four person apartment was relatively spacious for 2 persons. The location was nearby Hirai station. There were enough towels and the projector (tv) worked well.

Cons:

The apartment isn’t made for people above 1.70. We hit our heads multiple times on the door frames. The bed is also too short for people above 1.85.

地点周边不是很荒凉 属于本地人居住生活区

Cons:

与孩子很晚到达后按照房东发送邮件提示无法进入房间，之后打电话一直无人接听，从四楼拎着2个行李箱再次跑到楼下见到本地人进行咨询后确定是这里，又再次拎着2个行李箱跑上4楼开这个难开的“魔盒”，不停的与房东邮件沟通后折腾快一小时终于进房间😭（如果你手机没电又没有网络，不好意思今晚睡大街吧）三个晚上花费日币69125。
