掃除がきちんと行き届いておらず、掃除から時間が経った様子の部屋だった。テーブルに置いてあったカップも数が少なく、お茶やコーヒーの量も少なく、お盆に埃がかぶっていたのが気になった。シャワールームのガラスドアなども若干の石鹸汚れが残っていた。また、トイレの方へシャワーの水が流れ込んでしまうのも、どうにかなったら嬉しいです。人数分の布団やタオルも用意されていなかった。お茶やコーヒーは自分でもパントリーに取りに行けるとのことで、探しに行ってもすぐに空になっており、おそらく他のお客さんが大量に持っていってしまっていたのだと思います。最初の時点で宿泊分のそれなりの数を置いてださるとありがたいです。サウナが水着着用というのを後で知ったので、利用できず残念です。

The fact that you had to pay for early check. We stayed in this apartment on our way to Lapland and on our way back. We left the apartment on our first day at 10 am, as we had a flight to catch. Returning back, I would have expected for someone to look at the schedule and if they could, as we have informed them way ahead, they would let us check in at around 1:30 PM. Probably all is done by an AI robot and no human intervention could help us. The earliest was 14.45 pm. I would have appreciated a human touch and not just a immediate robot response

I honestly really disliked the AI chat not WhatsApp, super impersonal, really like a robot and not for me... Hospitality is about having that personal contact. The room was a bit cramped and the space not very well suited for big or lots of luggage. Unfortunately our room was not as clean or tidy as expected and my husband even stepped in broken glass under the table from previous guest. I feel the overall space looks a bit tired already and needs a bit of TLC. Lastly the sauna is a great addition to the stay, but feel its unfortunate that it has two separate time slots for male and females, everyone is wearing swim suits in hotel public saunas and it would have been way more convenient if it had a unisex time slots, unfortunately we didn't go due to the timings.

It was a bit confusing in the beginning after I opened the entrance door to understand where to go after (floor/room), and I had to write a message.

There are three things I'd like to mention:

1) The toilet paper holder was broken, and the toilet paper was just placed over the sink. It doesn't seem like a big issue to fix, and I'd appreciate it if it was fixed before we checked-in, as it's just a small piece replacement and it changes a lot the toilet experience;
2) The shower was great, however the shower wall didn't go down to the floor, which meant that the water would cross over to the toilet/sink area. We needed to put in towels to absorb the water, as it would completely overflow the whole bathroom. That was not what I expected for this price point;
3) The luggage room. I was just a room with some shelves and no security whatsoever. No lockers, no specific pin codes (besides the one at the door), no security cameras even. It didn't feel safe to drop all my stuff there knowing that any other person could go in and take them away.
