Regrettably, it was not great at all.
Pros:

It was close to the locations of our appointments and beds were large enough and comfortable.

Cons:

The TV never worked, was on the phone several times and had maintenance visit numerous times. They said both days they would return or call and did not.
We had a knock at the door and had a nasty neighbour call us out over a parking miscommunication. Even after calling the office for clarification before parking there. Only to then move our vehicle to yet another private space, unbeknown to us.
The two bedroom main floor apartment was less than clean, sticky stain on the floor in the kitchen, animal hair all over the entrance rug and floor, not enough towels for the three occupants...even though it sleeps four, light fixtures in bedrooms were not cleaned for sometime and the curtains throughout were stiff and stained. I did wash towels and clean the areas I could during the visit.
