Overall, my stay was really awesome. I hope I can book this room again on my next Davao trip.
Pros:

Rico is very accommodating and did a great job in hosting my stay.
I love that they have a washing machine (with dryer) and was able to use it during my stay.
I love that there are 2 rooms - 1 bedroom and a lounge. There's also a veranda for a good city view.
I love that they have full kitchen - fridge, kettle, induction cooker, plates and utensils. You just need to bring food to cook.
I love that they accommodated my request for flat iron for clothes.

Cons:

For improvement, they could put clothes hanger (for drying washed clothes)
They could also add hair dryer (blower).

Perfect and I come back ;-)
Pros:

It’s a amazing outstanding comfy and cozy apartment, the owner create each details with love , 5 5 star hotel staff cannot make it more clean than it was there. Big and very bed, 2 silent aircons , black out curtains let you sleep deeply. I travel a lot in Asia and Philippines, this condo was the best ever.

I fully recommend it !

Compare other properties in the are before booking
Pros:

Property was nice and spacious. Location is good too.

Cons:

The toilet bath and sink is a concern. When taking a bath, it floods the shower area. The sink seemed to be clogged. It does not drain the water properly. The advert about this property says it has netflix, BUT IT DOESNT. kind of misleading tbh. Its pricey too.

MISLEADING DESCRIPTION, BEWARE!
Cons:

The room description is misleading. It claims to be a spacious room with a terrace and balcony.
It is not spacious. There is no terrace. The balcony is only 1sqm (not joking!). There is a strong smell.
Worst of all, the room owner did not recognize this and refused to issue a refund as I requested. I did not stay a single night but was charged for full 9 nights.

Would definitely recommend this to my family and friends, because of the facility, comfort, location and value for money
Pros:

Central and well equipped, clean and nice comfortable furniture.

Cons:

Needs a safety box, laundry drying rack and Netflix. Also the decking around the pool needs replacing.

A great value for the money! Would love to stay again.
Pros:

We love how clean and comfortable it is. The interior design is top notch and very tasteful. We also love how we have everything we need in the kitchen. Sir Rico and Ma’am Weng are also very accommodating and amazing when it comes to responding to us whenever we have questions and concerns.

We got to know the building staff during our stay and, suffice to say, they are so friendly and helpful.

Location wise, it is perfect and right next to Abreeza, which we love!
