Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews note the hotel is clean and tidy with daily housekeeping; guests described rooms as 'nice and clean' and appreciated regular cleaning.
Service
1
Generally described as friendly and accommodating (helped with early check-in, birthday surprise), though one report mentions a porter who expected tips, making service slightly mixed.
Location
1
Consistently praised for a great, central location within walking distance of shops and transport; quiet side street setting noted positively despite a short stretch without sidewalks.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as modern, comfortable and spacious (big bathtub, fully equipped kitchens, balconies in some units) providing a pleasant stay.
Amenities
1
Pool and on-site restaurant praised (pool not crowded, pleasant setting near breakfast area); one comment on pool closing too early.
Value for Money
1
Several guests noted issues affecting perceived value: unexpected charge for mineral water (200 THB), limited breakfast variety for a 5-star expectation, and an incident with a staff member apparently soliciting tips; these reduced value perception.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast taste was often praised (main dishes, coffee), but multiple comments cited limited variety and some surprising charges, leading to an overall mixed-to-negative food impression.
Overall Experience
1
Most guests report a pleasant, recommendable stay (birthday surprise appreciated, would have stayed longer); overall tone is positive despite some service/value caveats.

Professional
Pros:

New, clean, fresh and upscale. Good location, very quiet. Staff were very attentive and polite. Pool is nice.

Cons:

Breakfast could do a bit more with variety. Not a very good value for money, but that’s very subjective, as hotel is very good, the best word to describe it would be “professional”.

Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!
Pros:

Posizione, struttura e gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

L'aria condizionata, soprattutto al mattino ,nella sala delle colazioni ,davvero troppo fresca anche in giorni meno caldi. Abbassatela un pò, vi permetterà anche un bel risparmio energetico.
