Po dotarciu na miejsce i wysłaniu prośby o kod do skrytki( po godz.15:00), Villa poinformowała nas telefonicznie, że nie możemy zostać zameldowani z powodu „problemu z apartamentem”. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Sytuacja bardzo stresująca i nie powinna mieć miejsca.
