Absolutely horrible experience. The rooms themselves are okay, but the owner is simply not capable of running this kind of “business.” I didn’t receive any information about the location of the house or instructions on how to access my room.
I searched for three hours and, with the help of random people, finally found the place—only to stand in front of a closed door with a keypad (of course, I never received a code). Another guest helped me get inside and showed me how to access my room. You can only enter the “hotel” with a card that is inside.
When I asked the owner to keep my luggage because my flight was late at night, he wanted to charge extra. I highly advise you not to stay there.
