Central Abu Dhabi Private Room

Absolutely horrible experience. The rooms themselves are okay, but the owner is simply not capable of running this kind of “business.” I didn’t receive any information about the location of the house or instructions on how to access my room.
I searched for three hours and, with the help of random people, finally found the place—only to stand in front of a closed door with a keypad (of course, I never received a code). Another guest helped me get inside and showed me how to access my room. You can only enter the “hotel” with a card that is inside.
When I asked the owner to keep my luggage because my flight was late at night, he wanted to charge extra. I highly advise you not to stay there.

Its a fake property. No one provided check in instructions and I couldn’t find the property. I was let alone in laye night in Abu Dhabi and hardly could find a replacement.
My money is gone and can’t refund it.

Everything almost handled so horrible:
- Wrong address has been received
- Wrong amount of rooms
- Wrong pin codes (twice)

What didn't I like? Well, I hope I have enough stamina in my fingers to write all of it.
I asked beforehand if the parking was available, and it was advertised as "available in the area" right in the booking post. Was I aware it was only available for residents? Not a chance. 150 AED fine and almost got my car towed away.
As soon as my innocent self walked in the room, my nose told me there was something....wrong. I expected clean sheets, as it should be. But they smelled like they hadn't been washed in months, I almost puked when I accosted my face to them. A clueless assistant then gave me new and unwashed sheets, beautiful. The mattress? A piece of sundried cheese. The bed frame? A slab of cardboard, literally. I have a video of it.
The kitchen? I dreamt of making a good meal, right after a heavy day of work, in that clean and comfy cooking station. Yeah, what a great fever dream.
I think the reasons behind my booking were the bright and lovely pictures posted by the host, shout out to the photographer. But then, when you compare the photo of the bathroom with the actual bathroom, you'll rethink your whole existence. I couldn't tell if there was any white paint left, or if it was a yellow mould monster slurping those delicious walls.
Silly me thought I found a great deal by paying that little for such a "great experience", because that's all I can call it, a never again experience. My expectations were crumbled, and my disappointment is immeasurable.
