Pros:

the hotel very aesthetic,good vibes,have free complimentary drink,friendly staff,good food especially fried skin fish with salted egg very crispy n so good,everyone should try if coming here🤭

there is no staff bring your big luggage to room,the lobby not in entrance but level 9,swimming pool in front of pub for muslim mybe might be comfortable this kind of area🤗

Average was good, just hotel should look into the mentioned two major areas for improvement.
Pros:

1) Room is big and clean.
2) Location considers good as well if with own car.

Two major areas for improvement:
1. Breakfast and drinks are only served at 8AM, which is not ideal and generally unacceptable for a hotel.
2. The cleaner was vacuuming the floor while guests were enjoying their drinks in the morning. Guests had to lift their legs to facilitate the cleaning. Cleaning activities should be completed before service begin to avoid disturbing guests and to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Pros:

High quality hotel. Pool area was really beautiful. Bed was super comfy. The free drink was a lovely touch. Really clean.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are impressively spacious, which made for a very comfortable stay. The industrial-style design is a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness and service were consistently good throughout my two nights. It offers solid value for money for travelers looking for a stylish base in George Town.

Cons:

While the hotel is great, the location requires a short Grab ride to reach the main heritage area and street food stalls. The main downside was the fitness area. It isn't a real gym and lacks enough equipment for a proper workout

Great co-living vibes in Penang. A bit far from George Town

Cons:

The property feels cheaply done and not well maintained. The kitchenette is minimal, with only a few plates, a sink, and a microwave, and most of the room is left strangely empty. There is no central AC, just two individual units, and they were the loudest I have ever experienced. Exposed cables hanging from the wall also gave the place an unfinished feel.

In addition, several things were not working properly. The overhead shower did not work, and although we asked for it to be repaired, it was never fixed. The shower handle kept falling off, and there were also unusual electrical clicking noises throughout the stay.

overall minimalist environment, even better if the room cleaning services can be improved.
Pros:

Minimalistic design, big room, nice swimming pool, overall minimalist environment

Cons:

Towel has a lot of dust, no proper room cleaning services despite we have indicated at the door front (in the morning) for room cleaning. Upon returning to hotel at 6pm and room was not cleaned, no new towels and have to constantly request for cleaning services. This is the only downside of it. Other than that, it was very a pleasant and comfortable stay.
