Pros:

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy more time in the city without carrying our bags.

Cons:

We had mixed feelings because we booked two rooms. One room had a modern air conditioner that worked perfectly. However, the second room had a very old air conditioning unit that was quite noisy and not powerful enough to cool the room properly. Replacing or upgrading that unit would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicacion, la limpieza, el cafe de cortesia, las toallas, la facilidad para el check in y el check out, el aire acondicionado en la habitacion (en plena ola de calor se agradece), el poder dejar las mochilas despues del check out y la rapida comunicacion ante cualquier consulta.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitacion, las escaleras y la ducha ...todo era minusculo.
La heladerita de la habitacion no enfriaba nada. (estando prendida, obvio).
Los desagotes, tanto de la ducha como de la pileta del baño eran muy lentos.
Tal vez la comunicacion previa con mensajes automaticos demasiado largos es un poco agotador

Pros:

La ubicacion ,el sitio muy tranquilo cerca de todo,autobus y tren al lado,y muy barato comer en la zona,recomendable.

No funcionaba la nevera,no cojieron el telefono para poder resolver el problema,no estaba muy limpio .

Uncomfortable stay due to a poor AC and early checkout.
Pros:

The location was good, but overall the experience could have been much better.

Cons:

The checkout time was way too early, which is extremely inconvenient for tourists. Additionally, the room was very hot because the air conditioning was old and not working properly.

Cons:

Des bruits de claquement de portes tres fréquemment.

Hotel práctico y muy céntrico en Venecia
Pros:

Muy céntrico, cerca de todo, aire acondicionado congelante ideal para la ola de calor fuerte, instalaciones viejas pero eficientes. Muy tranquilo por las noches. Personal muy amable.
