Friendly staff and an excellent conference location, but room comfort needs improvement.

Value: Overall, the location, friendly staff, and quality of the meals provided good value, although the bedding, housekeeping, and gym need attention.

Location: The location was ideal for attending the AWL II Conference—the best part of staying here. The walks toward downtown and along the Oder River were breathtaking.

Cons:

Facilities: The gym lacked adequate weights and felt like a dungeon. It needs better equipment and a more inviting atmosphere.

Cleanliness: The carpet cleaning left a strong, harsh chemical smell. Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply hung back up instead of exchanged.

Comfort: The bed consisted of two twins pushed together, with an uncomfortable gap and metal between them. The pillows were the worst I have experienced, and the blanket felt like a choice between covering my head or my toes, but never both. The metal-rod headboard added to the austere, uncomfortable feel.

Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Wroclaw/Breslsu
Pros:

Wunderschön restauriertes Kloster, die Zimmer sind sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Mit den öffentlichen begleiteten kommt man außerdem gut in die Stadt.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Dafür dass die Straße zum Teil recht laut ist kann das Hotel nichts, sonst gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

To bardzo urokliwy hotel z ciekawymi wnętrzami.

Cons:

Restauracja odstaje od poziomu hotelu, choć ambicja ma niesłychane. Informacja o aspiracja Michelin powinna zobowiązywać. Tymczasem części dań z karty nie było, a podany pasztet był niejadalny. Oddany, został zastąpiony masłem. Na pytanie, czy moja herbata, zamówiona 30 min temu już jest gotowa - padła odpowiedź - spoko :).
W sumie to nawet fajnie się siedziało przy pustym stole... No nic, mimo wszystko było fajnie.

Przyjemnie miejsce z bogatą historią.
Pros:

Super klimat. Miejsce wydaje się w pierwszej chwili niedokończone, jednak im dłużej się tam przebywa tym bardziej docenia się klimat oraz historii, które to miejsce ma. Super parking, dużo miejsca oraz przyjemna okolica do spędzania czasu z rodziną.
