L'hôtel est superbe, lz restauration du bâtiment est géniale, bravo à l'architecte et au designer qui se sont occupé des travaux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La literie est parfaite. La propreté est présente partout. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité. Le centre de Wrocław très accessible en bus avec un arrêt à 5 minutes de l'hôtel. Tout est parfait

Podobnie ze śniadaniem - bardzo dobry wybór świeżych i dobrych produktów.

Mało "ciepłe" przywitanie w recepcji po przyjeździe i podobnie obojętne pożegnanie przy wyjeździe.
Brak klasycznej dobrej obsługi i indywidualnego podejścia, co ważne przy gościach podróżujących biznesowo.

Piękny obiekt, który musi sobie zasłużyć na 4 gwiazdki. W mojej ocenie nie powinien mieć 3.

Duże i wysokie pokoje

Cons:

Brak udogodnień. Brak siłowni, basenu, sauny. 4 gwiazdki bez tych udogodnień. Duże poooje w tym obiekcie mają w mojej ocenie uzasadnić bycie premium. Obiekt rzeczywiście jest piękny, ale nie oferuje nic poza tym. W pokojach nie ma nawet żelazka i deski do prasowania a prasowalnia jest małą klitką na poddaszu gdzie sądząc po stanie podłogi ostatnio ktoś odkurzał kilka miesięcy temu. Dobre śniadanie zostawia również niedosyt ale tu już przez obsługę. Możliwość zamawiania dań ciepłych powinna być jasno przekazana klientom.
