Pros:

I liked the fact that it is a self catering and we were able to make ourselves the preferred meals. Bedding is also good.

Cons:

1. The first day, the lady who received us was not friendly at all! She looked angry and not interested! She even allocated rooms to some of our members while I had not yet arrived.... What is the use of the Booking Reference and the PIN then? Imagine if it was the wrong crew and were given access to the rooms before I confirmed!

2. Too much water running from the shower on to the floor during bathing is not safe. A client might slip and fall then get injured!

3. By checkout time, sum of our people had gone out to buy some stuff. They got delayed because of the issue of the marching which was done in the City by then, and it was difficult to get a taxi. Their bags and cooler boxes were thrown out, including those of the people who were waiting there!

4. We were not impressed with some of the issues because we deal with big hotels and they never do that to people!

5. Hoping for a better service in the next trip!

Room is seem like no one never be in for age
There is people staying there for full time and make noise 🙄
Not backup for electricity if it's gone I didn't able to bath because electricity was off

I had peace of mind and good rest.
Pros:

I liked the reception I received from the hostess and the care given to me . I ordered food and the hostess took it upon herself to collect the food from the delivery guy and brought it to my room.

Cons:

Struggling with warm water at night.

The place is located in unsafe area .there no direction where to enter there is a rude person residing there. It's a nightmare place I will never recommend it to any tourist or visitor yo go there .thre residents is not properly fitted it's furniture it's disfunctionsl
