Great location, tiny room
Pros:

Excellent location next to Pier 1.
The room we booked did not resemble the photos on Booking.com at all. It was smaller than a shoe box, with no window at all. After I complained, the staff happily and helpfully moved us to the family room, which was comfortable and resembled the photos of the room I booked.
Comfortable, but no facilities. Very adequate for our purpose of catching the ferry early next morning.

Cons:

Not very confortable but cheap. If I had to do it again, I would rather stay in the city and take the taxi to the ferry.

Absolute worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

Nothing to like here

Cons:

The only good thing is the location is walking distance to the port if you need to ride the boat to another island
Upon arrival I was told they're closed even though I had paid for a reservation already and even confirmed I would be arriving late bc my flight was a late arrival. Had to argue to be let in and then had to deal with a gender confused man that was dressed as a woman working the front desk that was very rude this individual took us to our room and left without a word to us the room was about the size of my closet back home with no towels or toilet paper and the smell of bug insecticide was so strong I could taste it in my mouth the next day. We managed to get 3 hours of sleep before we couldn't take it anymore and left to wait at the pier terrible experience next time I will choose comfort over conscience of location

Good Quick “layover”. Wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.
Pros:

A place that I needed for a quick stay, between landing late at night at Mactan-Cebu airport and catching the ferry next morning. So for the price it’s alright. Just don’t set expectations too high….or high at all.

Cons:

Room was TINY. I thought a room I rented in the past (“residence, not hotel) was small, but this took the cake. Toilet is so low to the floor and close to the wall (front). Bigger foreigners might have an issue actually fitting to just sit.
Dusty in places. Black dirt/grime in nooks and crannies everywhere (think window jams, grout between tiles).

Place look like it had been unoccupied for a while. Pillow too thick - hurt my neck after sleeping a couple of hours. Window isn’t 100% sealed so noise from outside is very audible, and it leaks out the airconditioning.

Restaurant looks like a factory cafeteria, with not-so-appetizing food. Served cafeteria style.

All in all, I didnt intend on staying for long. It was just a quick layover for the ferry.
