Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, cisza i spokój, miejsce w hali garażowej. Nasz aprtament był na 5 piętrze i pomimo tego, że na przeciwko stoi nowobudowany budynek to oferował ciekawy widok i poczucie przestrzeni. My byliśmy w listopadzie i hałasy z budowy obok nam nie przeszkadzały ponieważ okna bardzo dobrze tłumiły hałas. Domyslam się że gorzej może być latem kiedy robi się ciepło i chcemy uchylić okno (nie ma klimatyzacji). Nie wiem czy brak klimatyzacji jest realnym problemem latem - trudno mi ocenić jak bardzo nagrzewa sie budynek. Apartament urządzony ze smakiem, spory salon z wygodną sofą. W sypialni, jak na taki apartament, duża garderoba. Duża łazienka i jest też małe pomieszczenie z pralką.

Cons:

Moim zdaniem do poprawy jest sposób przesyłania informacji odnośnie tego gdzie są klucze i jak sie dostać do apartamentu oraz na parking. Było to podzielone na kilka wiadomości w aplikacji whatsapp lub mail, który przekierowywał do strony www. Minus takeigo rozwiązania jest taki, że jak już wjedziemy do hali garazowej to nie mamy zasięgu i nie możemy wrócić do tej wiadomości i sprawdzić który to był apartament. Pilot parkingowy działał z oporami. Pilot do dekodera była zepsuty. (widać że wylały baterie)

Super lokalizacja, fajne mieszkanie, prawie wszystko w najlepszym porzadku poza jedną rzeczą - zupełny brak prywatności. Apartament raczej z przeznaczeniem dla singla

Pomiędzy sypialnią a ubikacją znajduje się przesuwana szklana szyba ze szparami, przez którą słychać z wielką dokładnością każdy dźwięk z łazienki. Słyszysz dokładnie nawet strumień moczu. Dodatkowo zapalenie światła w nocy w toalecie jakby zapala światło w sypialni poprzez jej oświetlenie.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem. Obwohl wir reklamiert haben, hab es kein Entgegenkommen. Und auch auf die Reklamation betr. kaputtem Tiefkühlfach, hat niemand reagiert.

Cons:

Dårlig renhold. Ikke aircondition! Burde definitivt ha det mtp beliggenhet 6 etg og solen står på hele dagen. Hadde en liten vifteovn som hjalp noe.
