Categories

Cleanliness
1
Many guests repeatedly noted rooms were clean and well kept (綺麗, 乾淨), but there are isolated but serious issues reported (blood on wall near toilet, hair found on entry) which reduce overall confidence.
Service
1
Service received negative mentions: slow/problematic handling of a broken fridge (staff asked guests to wait multiple times), limited Chinese-language support at check‑in; these issues caused real guest inconvenience.
Location
1
Location praised: walking distance to Kokusai-dori, close to airport (taxi ~13 min) and convenient parking; generally considered a strong point.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as spacious, well laid-out with enjoyable features (bunk bed, projector, good water pressure). However some rooms (notably #101) suffer severe noise from an entrance/traffic and a few reports of a broken fridge.
Amenities
1
Amenities are positively noted: good toiletries (shampoo, body wash, cotton swabs), free coin laundry, projector; some minor issues with projector connectivity and occasional audio problems.
Value for Money
1
Multiple comments indicate the hotel is reasonable/affordable (CP值高, リーズナブル), seen as good value for short stays or family trips.
Food and Beverage
1
No mentions of food or beverage services in the reviews; standard quality not assessed.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: many guests enjoyed cleanliness, family-friendly features and projector, but significant negatives (noise in certain rooms, broken fridge causing spoiled food and illness impact, stains) led to several strong negative impressions and at least one guest saying they would not return.

Pros:

Cons:
