Csalòdás volt nekünk…
Pros:

Köszönjük a Születésnapi asztalt , gyönyörűen elkészítették, ahogy szerettük volna!

Cons:

Sajnos , csalódtunk … 5 éjszakára foglaltunk jakuzzis szobát, de nem kaptuk meg a szobánkat megérkezésünkkor mert azt mondták elromlott a jakuzzi és másnap délután 2 kor vehetjük át a szobánkat… kaptunk egy ki nem takarított szobát egy napra… másnap pihenés helyett költözködnünk kelet 3 gyerekkel… a saját szobánkba , amiért nem keveset fizetünk… 5 nap helyett , 4 napot kaptuk meg a jakuzzis szobánkat… még annyit se mondtak hogy elnézést , semmivel nem kárpótoltak… anyukámnak a 60. Születésnapját mentünk ünnepelni, 4 felnőtt és 3 gyerek… sajnos több hiba is volt… a jakuzzi továbbra se működött teljes funkcióval csak a fele fuvoka működött… rengeteg szállodába voltunk már , ebben az évben 4. -jére voltunk Törökországban mindig gyönyörű tiszta minden, de itt abba is csalódtunk , a szobák nagyon piszkosak elhanyagoltak, és az egész szállodára az volt jellemző hogy piszkos… a poharak foltosok voltak, az asztalok nem voltak letörölve, ragadtak, a benti medencénél egyáltalán nem volt takarítás😫 sorolhatnám még… sajnos nagyot csalódtunk…

Mesmerizing Hotel
Pros:

Everything at hotel was great. Hotel building, pools and beach area are beautiful and mesmerizing. Our room was upgraded to 2 bedroom Suite upon check-in which we really liked it. Restuarant staff was polite and helpful to prepare gluten free bread/pizza and other stuff for our daughter on request.

Cons:

Food quality and variety can be improved. We felt that some food items were not fresh. Other than that everthing was perfect.

Pros:

The hotel is cozy and located away from the main road. The SPA area is beautifully designed and well maintained.

Cons:

The internet connection in the room and throughout the hotel area was very poor. I was only able to connect and work properly in the hotel lobby, near the reception. It was also not possible to borrow an iron separately – only a laundry service was available.

I would say it was ok, and I don’t think I’ll go there again simply because there are many other options around turkey o
Pros:

Good enough, but not compared to how we paid.

Cons:

I was expecting it bigger just like other resorts, there was only 1 a la carte restaurent and it’s not free! Except if your booking is 7 days. Even though we stayed more than 7 days, we didn’t bother to go there simply because of the rule they implemented (it turned us off).
Some staff were great but others kind of didn’t care (I expected something better comparing to how much I paid)
The I paid extra to have a jacuzzi in the balcony but had to ask them every single day to bring me bath soap because there was none there, so you have to ask them and when they bring, it’s only a little (this is a strange one)

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel was very clean, and the food was excellent.
