There was food at Tower 2 and it was very nice. Felix the Security guard was extremely helpful! I would not have enjoyed my stay so much if it wasn't for him. I found the front desk staff to be not very friendly and dismissive when they find out your are not a "hotel guest" so to speak
I found the front desk staff to be not very friendly and dismissive when they find out you are not a "hotel guest" so to speak. My accommodations were very nice. (for the owner...there is a stain on the ottoman in the living room that looks like it could be removed easy enough!

Location was great. View from balcony was awesome. You can see abit of the mountains one way and a little bit of the strip the other way (as in the top of the buildings), great views. There were two bathrooms which was fantastic. The larger one was very spacious, having a shower and tub and toilet, smaller one a shower, and toilet. Loved having a little kitchen, the fridge was massive. There was a large bedroom with a large comfy bed and its own tv. There was a pullout couch also in the lounge. The whole space was really great and made for a pleasant stay.
The couch could desperately use a good steam cleaning. It felt gross and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it.
The extra bathroom in the room was amazing.
The location was lovely and the hotel staff were helpful in the midst of all the issues with the privately owned unit. The sandwich & snack place downstairs were great to have nearby. The pool and shared spaces from the MGM Signature were great. The hotel did their best to be helpful but reiterated their hands were somewhat tied as this was a privately owned unit. The paneled appliances and upgrades in the unit were nice & the primary suite was a nice large space.
There was no electricity when we arrived as the host hadn’t paid the electric bill, when we followed up - the host questioned whether everything was off then contacted the electric company to pay their bill, so we could use the unit. There were a lot of cleanliness issues; there was quite a bit of hair in the bathroom on the floor in the bathroom, shower, and shower walls, & water stains on the counter that wiped up that the host said were a part of the hard water, but it just seemed if it hadn’t been cleaned. They offered to clean it the next day, but when the cleaning crew arrived, they were asked to come back in five minutes but didn't return. The pullout sofa mattress was very thin, some pillows had mold on them and couldn’t be used and so on. The carpet also looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned well (stains) & vents had significant build up on them.
The room was as the picture showed, it was clean and comfortable. Love the 2 restrooms. The master bathroom was nice and big, the valet parking was fast and convenient so was the monorail!! I will definitely stay again.
Liked access to all MGM pools and staff was nice. Liked free valet. Liked views from room and the fact it had kitchen.
Room had worn out feel. Carpet had spots; kitchen lamp had dead moth; and overall room did not feel clean or new.
The room is huge, clean, you can notice some things are a bit outdated but it wasn’t a big deal to us. The worst part of it was that tvs only have cable and no way to stream from your phone or any apps.
The 2 bathrooms were a huge plus because my husband and I traveled with my mom. She got to have her own sofa bed and bathroom and we had a king size with private bathroom. The master bath is amazing. We actually used the bath tub because it was so huge. The kitchen comes in very handy, especially with the current prices in Las Vegas, and having a full size fridge is always convenient when traveling with a toddler. We used the MGM pool and also our smaller pool at tower 3. The little Cafe in tower 2 has great food and you can get unlimited coffee refills for the day when you pay for 1 cup.
The valet parking had great service. They are very fast and polite.
I would definitely stay here again, especially now that we travel with a toddler. Great property!
Just the fact that we didn’t have a smart tv. Everything else was great.
