I don’t recommend for GCC countries, there are other good place . This place for only foreigners.

Cons:

Water cut off and place not clean and so many noise and people smoke there . It’s horrible experience

Pros:

Everyone was fighting on the counter for room key. Everyone was fighting. They were notnleeting people go innthe room till 3pm

Cons:

No tea bags or water provided. Mattresses were qorn out with springs coning out and broken springs. We got uncleaned room

A real nightmare
Pros:

"I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. Our stay was a complete nightmare. The hotel is extremely dirty, but that is the least of the problems. The elevators are faulty; we actually got stuck inside them multiple times. Most disturbingly, my sister suffered a severe electric shock from a faulty kettle in our room. The surge was so powerful it caused a total blackout on the 5th floor, even though we were staying on the 1st floor. Despite this life-threatening incident and a major protest from our side, the management refused to change our room. They only agreed to move us after we threatened to file a formal complaint with our national ministry.

Whoever is reading this review PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
We booked and paid upfront, went for check in, receptionist who was very rude and ignorant kept saying room is not available just wait. We waited 4 hours and still no progress then one of the staff told us that we should argue together a room because so many times people who come here don't even get their rooms because of being overcrowded.

Hotel was dirty muddy, random dirty clothes of people on the floor and water everywhere.

We then booked Voco Hotel and left that filthy place.

I have requested BOOKING.com to refund my money.

Pour commencer sur les photos, la chambre Paris au top, une fois arrivée la literie est dure, la moquette est très sale plein de cafards on a demandé à changer de chambre, on les a refusé

Location. There is bus from hotel to Haram but it's not frequent and when the bus is going to Haram not Enough space
