If you expect to arrive later than 19:00, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that check-in is open every day from 16:00 until 19:00. It is not possible to reserve after 18:00 for same day arrivals.

Checks Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment.

Please note that the city tax is not applied to children under 12 years old.

Please note, the launderette at the residence may be closed from September until mid-December. Guests will find another launderette just a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price but guests are to ensure that the kitchen and bathroom are clean upon check-out. For guests staying 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean and change of linen and towels is possible.

Please note that beds will be made-up on arrival.

We accept pets in supplement provided that they are up to date in their vaccines, not aggressive, not noisy and clean.

La ubicació de la botiga per aconseguir el material x esquiar al costat mateix de l'apartament.
Que es permetés l'estada amb mascotes.

Cons:

L'apartament una mica just per 6 persones.
Els llits i el sofà no gaire còmodes.
Faltaven estris bàsics per l'estada diària, a nivell de cuina, de neteja, etc.

Tracte del personal excel·lent, molt eficient i amable. Ubicació immillorable, al centre del poble i amb accés directe a pistes 👍

Cons:

Falta senyalització tant dins del recinte com al pàrquing. El pitjor, però, és la manca de cobertura (mòbil i wifi) a l’habitació B1-15 👍

Estancia en Font Romeu
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente del telecabina Les Airelles.
El apartamento comodísimo, con todo lo necesario. Desayunamos y cenamos cada día allí mismo y muy bien, tiene horno, lo cual no suele ser frecuente. Fuimos al final de temporada y faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina pero fueron repuestos al comentarlo en Recepción.
El personal es muy atento y habla varios idiomas lo cual facilita la comunicación.
Tiene piscina, hammam y sauna que ayuda a relajarse después del esquí aunque cierra bastante pronto.

Cons:

Cuándo llegamos no iba el ascensor. Al ser domingo no pudo ser reparado hasta el lunes pero nos ayudaron a subir las maletas.

No volveré y no lo recomiendo a nadie. Especialmente porque no responden ante sus problemas

Alojamiento con averías graves. Ascensor sin funcionar, caldera que gotea, limpieza justita. Además cooperación cero con el equipaje para subir 8pisos a pie desde el pkg cuando el problema era del propio establecimiento
