good quality, very accessible location, quiet comfort with postiive experience.
Pros:

the experience was good. staying there was not confined to the room, the lobby has ample of space plus check out the things that are present for guests to stay in.

geräumig und gut angebunden
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage, max. 5 Gehminuten von der Gotemba-Station entfernt und wenn man zur Tür rausgegangen ist, hatte man einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf Mt. Fuji. Die Unterkunft selber war auch sehr geräumig und mit allen basic necessities ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es wurde zwar angegeben, dass man ein privates Bad hat; es war jedoch nur die Dusche privat und Toilette und Waschraum musste man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilen.

Great economical group lodging for mt fuji climb!
Pros:

One of the first guest since this place opened. Had 6 of us in a group for Mt Fuji climb trip and was perfect for us to get 1 room with 3 bunk beds (6 beds). Since we were the only guests, other two rooms were not occupied and had the common area all to ourself. There is 2 shared toilets and 3 shower room (one shower per room). Host allowed us to use the second shower for the 6 of us since there were no other guests when we stayed. Great location, very close to trail head for Mt Fuji climb (few min drive to Subashiri 5th Station).

Cons:

Basic bunk bed with cheap linens/comforter. Expected for the price of the place. Great for group looking for basic stay only.

가족여행으로는 비추합니다.
Pros:

후지산이 눈에 보이고, 마트가 가까운것 말고는 금액대비 별루인것 같습니다.
솔직히 가족여행으로 갔는데, 무인으로 운영하는 숙박시설로 생각되고, 안내도 그렇게 자세하지 않았습니다.
세심한 배려와 보완이 필요할것 같고, 1층에서 2층 올라가는 것도 엘레베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 들고다니는데 정말 힘들었고, 전체적으로 가족여행으로는 아닌것 같습니다. 개인1,2명이 1박정도하는 수준은 괜찮을수 있을것 같음

Cons:

찾아가는것도 힘들었고, 특히 숙소 비용에 비해 주차공간이 없어 돈을 받는것도, 그리고 직원이 상주하지 않는 무인숙소라 찾아가는것도 힘들었고, 들어가 숙소를 세팅하는것도 힘들었고 전체적으로 힘들었습니다. 가족여행이라 더한것 같습니다.

Budget Friendly and near train station
Pros:

You can have Fuji view few steps away from the property. You are booking the entire apartments.

Cons:

Too big for us and we expect the normall home setup. This place look like a place where backpackers gather for any activities. The car park is located nearby, perhaps more clearer instruction is given to avoid unnecessary compaint from the neighbours.

Pros:

Bis auf unseren letzten Abend hatten wir die Unterkunft komplett für uns alleine.
Unserem Kleinen hat besonders der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit der Schaukel gefallen. Sobald man aus der Tür raus ist hatte man einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Mount Fuji!
Was auch sehr nett war war den Besitzer kennenzulernen :)
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Die halben Bettbezüge und nicht sonderlich komfortable Matratzen.
Leider wurde die Sauberkeit von den anderen Gästen nicht genau genommen.

The living room is spacious and bright, and the kitchen is also large, with a refrigerator, rice cooker, oven, and all the necessary utensils. In the living room, we spent a fun time together watching movies, playing cards, and listening to music.

Cons:

There was nothing we were unhappy with. We might need to replace the frying pan.
