Complicated check in, loud aircon, gym is not usable, rooftop pool usable only on Mon-Wed whereby you have to register yourself at front desk and pay additionally for each person

Beautiful condo - well equipped and great value!
Pros:

Another reviewer stated that this is a new building and that everything in the condo is new and it was true. Immaculately clean and well furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, a large TV and a very comfy bed. My partner prefers not to be too high, so 'only' being on the 20th floor was good for her. Being in the university area meant a wide choice of shops and restaurants right around the corner.

Cons:

I guess some travellers might like a clothes iron or hair dryer, but it didn't really affect us.
