The location is not ideal. It's not easy to go to Makati. It was on the wrong side of the river.

Nice big clean room with plenty of space including a small kitchenette. Nice view. House keeping support was responsive and good.

Very good!
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable! Private room, no noise at all. Excellent for a good reset.

Cons:

Communication with the caretaker via WhatsApp initially was hard to trust/suspicious as normally when we book via Booking we are approached in the platform and not randomly with unknown WhatsApp numbers. But everything turned out fine, lovely lady.

Pros:

Sono veramente soddisfatta con il servizio dello staff di Amira Luxury at Novotel Suites Hotel. Dall’accoglienza alla loro professionalitá, ci ha reso un’esperienza davvero eccellente.
La stanza è da lusso, con l’ambiente piacevole, profumata, e pulita. Si trovano le cose necessarie. Il letto è enorme e comodo.
La sede dell’albergo è vicino all’aeroporto che rende più comodo il volo del ritorno. Il posto è eccezionale per coloro che cercano un posto stupendo e economico che si permette di avere un’esperienza di un relax e benessere.
Si trova anche un ristorante e piscina che ha aggiunto un livello superiore di un soggiorno da lusso.
È altamente raccomandato!

Cons:

Une chambre dite pour 4 alors que c’est un lit d’appoint même pas confortable. Mon fils a pu dormi que seul. Nous avons du dormir à 3 dans le lit!!
Il n’y avait pas de serviettes pour 4. Uniquement pour 2 personnes
La climatisation faisait tellement de bruit que nous avons du l’arrêter. Pire encore, En pleine nuit (5h du matin), il y eu une fuite d’eau depuis le plafond qui a réveillé tout le monde! Les techniciens ont du intervenir en pleine nuit!!
Et la piscine en pleine rénovation!!
Pour un 5 étoiles c’était nul!!
