Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests explicitly call out clean rooms ("nice and clean", "très bien, propre", "чисто уютно", "Clean and very comfortable"). Consistently positive comments on cleanliness.
Service
1
Generally positive service notes: friendly concierge, responsive housekeeping and lovely staff. A minor trust issue with initial WhatsApp communication was reported but resolved. Score slightly elevated to reflect consistent praise across reviews.
Location
1
Multiple guests note location problems: 'not ideal', 'wrong side of the river', 'a bit isolated', and that many places require hiring a Grab; one guest noted it is not too far from the airport but overall access is inconvenient.
Room Quality
1
Many strong positives about the room: comfortable, spacious with kitchenette, great/private views, quiet and well-appointed (26th-floor apartment, big clean rooms, 'excellent for a good reset').
Amenities
1
Amenities such as the pool and on-site restaurant are praised, and rooms include kitchenettes; however parking problems and a reported ceiling leak (AC filter) reduce the amenity score.
Value for Money
1
Some guests mention good value (restaurant good value, 'otherwise good value'). Overall judged slightly positive on value.
Food and Beverage
1
The 6th-floor restaurant is described positively and noted as good value by guests.
Overall Experience
1
Rooms, cleanliness and staff receive positive remarks, but location, lobby experience, parking and initial communication friction lowered the aggregate overall impression for several guests.

Highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and pet-friendly staycation.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Amira Luxury and would definitely book here again! The best part for us is that it's pet-friendly, which made our staycation extra special because we were able to bring our furry family member along.

The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh upon arrival. It felt cozy, comfortable, and truly like a home away from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including complete utensils and cookware, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and even an iron. It's perfect whether you're staying for a night or a longer vacation.

We also loved having access to the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area. Waking up to the relaxing views of the Pasig River, Rockwell, and the Makati skyline was such a peaceful way to start the day.

The host was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.

Overall, this is one of the best staycations we've had. Clean, complete, comfortable, pet-friendly, and with beautiful views—highly recommended!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything is perfect!

A perfect stay in every way. I will definitely be back.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and everything I needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, and the bathrooms were spotless with all toiletries and essentials available.

Everything about my stay was wonderful, from the owner to the host. The owner was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and always responded quickly to any questions or requests.

A special thanks to Jane, who managed the room. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Her hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything negative during my stay. Everything was well organized, clean, and the service was excellent. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit très rapide dans cet établissement mais tout était très bien, propre, conciergerie à l’accueil disponible et aimable. Le restaurant du 6e étage est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix.
