Pros:

Todo excelente! Limpio, bonitas vistas, bien ubicado (media hora del aeropuerto), el apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo fue perfecto, muy buena relación calidad precio

I like the room but does not like the location

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit très rapide dans cet établissement mais tout était très bien, propre, conciergerie à l’accueil disponible et aimable. Le restaurant du 6e étage est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Nice big clean room with plenty of space including a small kitchenette. Nice view. House keeping support was responsive and good.

Cons:

Very good!
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable! Private room, no noise at all. Excellent for a good reset.

Cons:

Communication with the caretaker via WhatsApp initially was hard to trust/suspicious as normally when we book via Booking we are approached in the platform and not randomly with unknown WhatsApp numbers. But everything turned out fine, lovely lady.

The neighborhood is very very sketchy, there is no place to go out and walk, the local restaurants are nonexistent.

Clean modern rooms with the best staff
Pros:

To be honest everything was amazing from the rooms to the view of the river to the staff and owner and how was everyone extremely hospitable and kind , i would strongly recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing stay in manila
