Commercial establishments is available the location.
Place is not that near to moa. You have to pass several traffic lights before reaching mall of asia. Parking is a major issue. You have to wait for several minutes to be able to park. To add more if your plannig to stay overnight you have to pay a thousand more for 12 hours parking.
We booked this property expecting two rooms, as clearly stated during booking. However, the host later called and said they would instead provide one room with an extra mattress at the same price. We disagreed because the room was very small and we had five large suitcases, making it impossible to accommodate an extra mattress safely.
After discussion, the host admitted they did not actually have two rooms available. They then offered another room on the same floor. At that point, we felt we had no real choice, even though the second room was not worth the price.
Pros:
• Room 1 is Instagrammable — though this is not important to us. As parents traveling with an infant and a 5-year-old, safety and cleanliness matter more.
Cons:
1. Severe cockroach infestation.
Upon entering, there were cockroaches everywhere. I personally killed around 15 cockroaches and sprayed insecticide five times, yet they continued appearing. I could not sleep out of fear they might crawl into my infant’s ears or contaminate my baby’s bottled milk.
2. No internet connection, and the TV could not be used.
3. Air conditioner is very difficult to control.
You need to stand in a specific position and search for the sensor just to adjust the temperature. This was extremely inconvenient, especially in the middle of the night.
4. Unsafe hot water system.
Only one shower is connected to the heater. The water temperature is unstable and suddenly turns extremely hot, which is dangerous, especially for an infant or child, as it can cause burns.
5. Very dusty rooms.
Tables and carpets were visibly dusty. Three of us have asthma, which made the stay even more uncomfortable and unsafe.

The only solutions offered were:
• To change rooms (very difficult for us as we had just arrived from an international flight with an infant, a child, and five large suitcases), or
• To spray the room.
