Das Hotel ist relativ neu, entsprechend ist es auch sauber! Das Personal ist wirklich der Hammer! Man fühlt sich so sehr willkommen! Ganz herzlichen Dank besonders noch einmal an Pim ❤️

Schönes Hotel Am Fluss

Schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit Pool.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel führt über eine Hauptstraße die fast immer sehr stark befahren ist. Mann muss dadurch immer mit längerem Stau rechnen

Pros:

The pool area is amazing and where we spent a lot of our time.
Staff were really friendly especially the restaurant/bar staff. Food was delicious and fresh for the lunches and dinner we had here.
It was a quiet location out a bit but if you wanted to go closer in to shop or sightsee you can either get the water taxi across the bridge or the metro station was about 20min walk which we used a few times.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights so would next time ask for a room not too close to the lifts as the bell ringing from it every morning was annoying by the end of our stay.
Only other suggestion would be some mosquito coils burning around the restaurant and pool in the evening- the one night we sat down there for dinner we got bitten quite badly.

Pros:

First room had sewage smell probably due to high river water but at least no mould. second room was good! I would come again!

Renew the silicon of the glass barrier to the shower - water is leaking

Pros:

Le personnel UNIQUEMENT ! Au top du top rien à dire les concernant. Des amours, merci infiniment. 🩷🩷

Cons:

La propreté reste vraiment à désiré. Sincèrement c’est très très moyens. J’ai pas du tout apprécié. Des cheveux de partout les tapis mal nettoyé. Le sol j’en parle meme pas. Honnêtement c’est dommage. Les claquette qu’ils vous donné sont sale. Les chambres ont l’air propre mais elles le sont pas. L’hôtel est divisé en 3 bâtiment. En tout le bâtiment A est degeu. Pour le petit déjeuner passé votre tour c’est inutile. Ça vaut pas le coup. Et l’emplacement vraiment vraiment pas top. Difficile d’accès rien à proximité. Si on a une petite faim le soir c’est galère .

Not the worst definitely a one night and done

A Greta location to watch the riverside go by and enjoy exploring the local community.
Pros:

Riverside location. coal Thai Neighbourhood. Room was comfortable. Pool was very nice.

Cons:

Our first room was noisy at night. After seeing the manager- we were moved to a better room at no cost within the hour!
