Adequate. But barely.

Stayed in room 37. Immediate Steps down to room. Could have injured myself. Then the pump started at 23:30. Sounded like I was in the engine room of the titanic. Same again in morning.

Pros:

The hotel cancelled my reservation and booked me into a different hotel 4 miles away. They didn't ask if it was convenient. And it wasn't. I booked the Aigburth hotel because it was a short walk from my sister.
Rubbish treatment.

Cons:

The rudeness of the Aigburth Hotel in cancelling my reservation without any explanation.

Won’t be going again
Pros:

Location great and the manager was friendly.

Cons:

Threadbare carpets, no lamps. Strange long security code to get into rooms. Wasps in the bathroom!! Felt like a hostel. This used to be a really nice hotel, such a shame as it’s in a lovely location opposite the park and next to Lark Lane.

Never again.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic and the chef was amazing.
The hotel was closed so we were sent to another hotel by the docklands and it was cold and the AC heater didnt work. It took hours for us to warm up the room by then it was time to check out.

I recently spent two days at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a great bed and plenty of space to relax.

Highly recommend can’t wait to stay again

I love this hotel this is the second time I have stayed
The staff are super helpful and the suite is gorgeous ! The bed is soooo comfy and the room is huge but cosy the bathroom is stunning I feel this hotel is a hidden gem you don’t realise how gorgeous it is until you arrive . The atmosphere is lovely too I can’t wait to stay again
