Ottimo posto e che nfortevole, vicino alla spiaggia con una bella passeggiata con molto verde fino al centro del paese

Decent apartment with possibility to cook smaller dishes, good location and parking spot.
Pros:

Online check-in, we did not see anybody from the service. Communication via whatsapp was prompt and switft.
We've received bottle of champagne during entry. Free parking - one spot per hotel room available.
No breakfast or other similar food service.
Kitchen full of tableware, including pans and pots (electric stove with 2 regions). When we noticed only cutlery is available and no knives - we have asked and received few knives next day = good service & reaction.
A/C and washing-machine are available, machine to get filtered (and sparkling) water is available in the hall.
Good location just next to aqua-park and beach. (80% of beach is paid, owned by city, you can go there with flip-flops as it is near).

Cons:

Some mosquitos were there when we arrived. Few of the windows had mosquitos nets, but also windows w/o those nets were opened. Toilet window (without AC) had window without net, so we had to let air in only during day and not overnight.
Some of the wardrobes/closets looks older, doesn't feel like "modern apartment" - but is decent and services are there.

Decent stay in a clean apartment close to the beach
Pros:

It’s in a nice location, close to the dog beach (Fido) and other beaches. The street was quiet and not far from the center. The small private terrace is very nice to have, great to have breakfast, dry clothes, etc. The bed was comfy and the bedroom quiet. It was clean and decently sized. I liked that they provide you with cold filtered water in the lobby. The private parking space is a big plus.

Cons:

The overall apartment felt quite sterile and non-cozy. It has cold lighting everywhere, furniture that feels like from a student dorm and you feel the age of the building (some smells from the bathroom, sounds of old pipes, creaky doors, etc). For just a few days it works, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and people with high expectations would probably look elsewhere anyway.

Skvělá dovolená
Pros:

Perfektní dovolená podle našich představ na skvělém místě. Apartmán v blízkosti moře, skvěle vybavený, k dospozici kola, které jsme několikrát využili k jízdě do centra pěkného města Grado, dostupnost marketu Spar též na kole a pěkné moře a laguny. Parkování zdarma.

Gut, mit einem externen Manko
Pros:

Gute Lage, Räder dabei, nette Ausstattung

Cons:

Ich hätte die Unterkunft eigentlich top bewertet, es gab nur leider ein großes Problem mit der Nachbarin über dem Zimmer, die offenbar fix dort wohnt. Sie schrie an 2 Tagen laut bis weit nach 24 Uhr herum als ob sie jemanden etwas antun würde - über Stunden. Dazu ein Fernsehapparat der sehr, sehr laut zu hören war selbst im Schlafzimmer.

Leihräder sind top und inbegriffen
Die Lage ist hervorragend, Nähe Stadt und praktisch direkt am Strand
Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, mit "schlaffreundlichen" Matratzen

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur auf Anfrage persönlich besetzt. Aber Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert super, wenn man etwas braucht.

Die Wohnung war super und eigentlich schön gelegen

Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Meer liegt, muss man 650m laufen um kostenlos an den Strand zu kommen
