Good location, 15 minutes from a metro station. The nearby pizzeria is good. The room was very nice and the gym excellen

The bed was good and the room was clean. The facilities were excellent and the gym was precise. The location is like 15 minutes to a metro station, nothing bad for a couple that likes to walk.

Cons:

When we arrived, one of the receptionists wasn't particularly friendly; we had to ring the bell several times to be let in, and no one answered. When we finally entered, he didn't even say "hello," and I realized he behaved this way with everyone (careless attitude, zero customer service). We arrived on a Wednesday at 2 pm, an hour before check-in, and when other people arrived, the same receptionist, a young man with a beard, was rude when two people asked if they could leave their luggage and return at 3 pm for check-in. One of them was a senior lady, and the receptionist never showed any helpfulness; he simply refused. Only after the woman insisted he allowed them to leave their luggage. The place is clean, but due to the bad experience we had upon arrival, I'm not giving it a 10. This review is directed specifically at the front desk staff on that shift, because the others were friendly.

Cons:

Mitigeur de la douche défectueux eau tour à tour très chaude puis froide. Pas de climatisation.

It was ok, it was not expensive, not close but not far from the city
Pros:

The beds are great, and the frigde was usefull, liked thet there were diahes and a place to cook, morning brecfast was ok, but all week was the same

Cons:

No AC, a lot of stuff was made cheep, the iron that we used was damaged with that black thing, you should clean it some times, it damaged my swetter, the shelf was falling apart, water heating was bad, changing from hot to cold every 5seconds for the past 2 days i was there, the TV bearly holding on the wall, was crooked, the place where you hang your stuff was porly made and not enough hangers i think there was just one for two people.. (sry for the english)

Pros:

バス停が目の前なので、上手く使えば、地下鉄の駅まで快適に移動でき、パリ市内のどこでもアクセス容易でした。
朝食も平均的な内容で、スタッフも親切なので、快適に過ごせます。
付属施設のランドリーも、専用アプリをインストール&ユーザー登録すれば、簡単にカード決済で使えます。
部屋のスモールキッチンは電子レンジと冷蔵庫もあるので、スーパーで買ったもので簡単な食事を済ませることもできました。

Pros:

Le studio était bien équipé et la literie confortable.

Cons:

Ma fille a fait tomber son collier dans uns des tapis de courses, nous avons alerté immédiatement le personnel et malgré 1mois d'attente, toujours aucune nouvelles, appels passés plusieurs fois, rien ne bouge, nous sommes déçus.

Il faisait froid meme au mois de mai, et on m'a repondu que le chauffage ne pouvait pas etre reglė plus que ce qui etait deja en place car ca se declenchait automatiquement. Balcon pas nettoyė. Pas assez d ustensiles ni d equipement dans la Kitchenette. Emplacement dans une ruelle isolėe, loin du metro. Petit dejeuner tres simple, machine a capucxino et thė ne fonctionnait pas pendant les 2 jours, bref deception total. Prix trop cher pour la prestation recu.

Soddisfatta, ma si può migliorare
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente mi è piaciuto molto sia la colazione abbastanza varia, sia la struttura in sé che è abbastanza comoda per visitare la città, tranne per la sera che le distanze con la metropolitana diventano abbastanza importanti, ci sono vari modi per arrivare in centro con i mezzi.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'unica pecca negativa era sulla stanza, molto pulita e funzionale, ma i cuscini del letto erano veramente pessimi tutti a pecorella, e poi ovviamente in modo soggettivo la luce che entrava dalle tende oscuranti il mattino era più tosto fastidiosa.
