Una piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

La posizione e la pulizia erano ottimi. Anche il fatto che, essendo in fase di ristrutturazione, ci hanno stornato la colazione dato che avevamo pagato per averla ma non potevano fornircela in struttura

Cons:

Direi nulla, ma purtroppo lo abbiamo trovato in fase di ristrutturazione e perciò un po’ “accampato”, anche l’ingresso non è facile trovarlo. Ma sono molto gentili e danno tutte le spiegazioni per esso.

Family stay in the centre of Stuttgart in a fully refurbished room
Pros:

We had a newly refurbished, light, spacious family room with a terrace and big bathroom. There were enough hangers for the clothes, towels and complementary water and some chocolates. The illumination in the room is good and curtains are good to cut off the light. The room was quiet in general. Although we couldn't reserve parking, there was a spot available. The breakfast ( in another hotel 10 min walk from ours) buffet was very good. Beds were comfortable and as we had a family room for 5, 2 of us slept on the sofa bed. The location is great to explore the city and next to shops, a shopping centre and plenty of restaurants.

Cons:

I found out by surprise ( through other guests comments) that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment and that there was no breakfast available on site. The hotel never informed us of this, in fact they mentioned in their messages end of January where the breakfast room was . When I asked the hotel about it in a message they told me that I could either get a refund for breakfast or have it in another hotel. Only then they mentioned that the hotel main entrance was somewhere else as well, not very well indicated at all when you arrive as it is provisionally in a back entrance and looks terribly messy. Staff doesn't wear a uniform and one member of staff smoked outside while talking to us and opening the car park . No apologies whatsoever from the staff concerning the ongoing building work. They couldn't' print out a receipt when I paid for the parking in cash on arrival. It was also impossible to get another key card as the machines are not at the makeshift reception. The second night it was terribly noisy with people screaming around on our floor. As the room door doesn't close completely and there's a space underneath it, everything could be heard. Internet access keeps getting cut off, the TV is not working (yet) and the shower cabin doesn't cover enough so the floor gets wet. There's also nowhere to hang the hand towel near the sink.

Grundsolides Hotel für Städtetrip wenn man nur zum Schlafen und ggf Frühstück im Hotel ist
Pros:

Super Lage, zentral gelegen, geräumige Zimmer mit sauberem Bad und wirklich bequeme Betten

Cons:

Es finden gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt, daher kein Frühstück möglich. Stiegenhaus und Allgemeinflächen in die Jahre gekommen.

Preiswert, zentral, sauber, was will man mehr
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt im Stadtzentrum.
Wir hatten ein komplett renoviertes Zimmer. Total chic.

Cons:

Leider wurde kein Frühstück angeboten.
Ich vermute aber, es lag daran, dass das Hotel zur Zeit von Grund auf saniert wird und auch der Frühstücksraum davon betroffen ist

Nice spot in a nice city.
Pros:

Location very good. Central city location ideal. Underground and main station easily reached on foot.

Cons:

Currently under renovation, front entrance closed but will be fine once works complete.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, nette Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Kein Frühstück verfügbar, ist aber ab Mai nach Abschluss der Umbauarbeiten wieder möglich
