No facilities open, no bar, restaurant, breakfast and I felt like the only guest, put on 4th floor which felt odd for an empty hotel.

Good value for when we booked it. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Guy who worked the front desk was very helpful too.
I was got such a very nice welcome by the lovely Lorrie from the (Philippines) the room was perfect and my stay was very comfortable 10/10

No breakfast available which wasn’t made clear on booking and a distance from town and amenities
Ut was central
It was 2 single beds pushed together when we paid for a double
Receptionist friendly but looked as if she was running the hotel single- handed
Room Key fob claimed meals available but this was totally misleading. TV did not work properly
Vanessa is a very pleasant girl who was very helpful. She managed to get us a room with a walk in shower which was really appreciated.
Thd room was very dated and the floor was very uneven. The furniture was very sticky and needed a good clean.
I love going to Oban and Oban is somewhere I've only just found I'm 54 in November 5th and I'm wanting to be there as much as I can...

Previous occupiers take away meal left in bin. Room wasn’t cleaned every day. Bed wasn’t made. No restaurant and bar was closed.
