Excellent plus great value and will definitely stay here next time we come to Oban.
Pros:

Clean great location very helpful staff lovely breakfast.
What’s more I left my iPad and they were extremely helpful and diligent in returning it to me

A pleasant stay with pleasant staff and freshly made food available at breakfast and dinner .

Avoid, not recommended. Very tired.

Not much other than its front line location.

Cons:

All corridors and common areas on first floor of accommodation block smell of damp. Incredibly noisy on ground floor could hear rooms next door and above us. Security issues on first floor of accommodation block as fire door left ajar as lock broken and rear door off the corridor that could not be closed so open to anyone and the weather. Bathroom fan did not work and shower screen leaked onto floor. Lack of internal and external maintenance. Lift out of service in an accommodation block. Business run for cash. Minimal staffing.

Cons:

le formulaire a remplir pour obtenir le wifi gratuit qui se repete en boucle; pas de password en chambre, absence de ventilateur dans la salle de bain (sans fenêtre), la demande de effectuer un payement minimal pour obtenir mes données bancaires "comme garantie" pour la chambre, le petit dejeuner a base de viande de porc, oeufs, produits industriels sucrée, sans salade de fruits ou yoghurt nature, pas de flexibilité au restaurant le soir (dernière commande a 20:30 au pus tard).

Overall hotel lovely, clean and tidy and check in staff lovely. Check out staff not so helpful.

Local was excellent, room was clean and tidy, nice touch with the tea, coffee and water in the room. Check in was simple and easy. Hotel clean and tidy overall a lovely stay

Cons:

The shower pressure was extremely low, (room 44). Would have liked to report it to reception on check out but she was too busy on a personal call hiding in the bar area, to deal with me . Check out experience not helpful
