Je n’ai rien aimé mauvaise information je devais payé en chèques vacances dematerialises j’ai appelé avant pour avoir confirmation on m’a dit ok j’ai demandé le jour j avant de prendre possession de ma chambre on m’a dit on verra demain, le lendemain je ne sais pas comment faire laissez moi vos coordonnées et la mail de booking pour impayé . Je vais tous les mois en hôtel je n’ai jamais vécu ça et la responsable est d’un désagréable . En parallèle pour le petit déjeuner plus de jus d’orange plus de croissants plus de crêpes plus de yaourt … une honte

Er is een slagboom, niet duidelijk dat dit parkeerplaats van hotel was, wij hebben aan receptie gevraagd waar we konden parkeren. Helaas sprak ze geen Engels. Slagboom was dus van hotel maar wegens drukte zag personeel niet dat we er voor stonden dus deden ze hem niet open

Super prestation avec très bon rapport qualité/prix sur campus Saclay.
Pros:

Accueil, disponibilité, à l’écoute ( ont accepté que nos enfants se douchent le matin tout en ayant dormi ailleurs)

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais un peu cher.
