It's closed go to the other Swing and pillows one minute away :)
Pros:

The hotel I booked was closed , when I arrived it was covered in yellow immigration tape , it shocked me as it was the hotel I booked closed just a few weeks before , I asked the nice girl at the cafe across the street and she said the main hotel another swing and pillows was a two minute walk away to go there , I asked her did she have people like me asking about this hotel being
Shut and she said a few dozen a month So someone should pay her anyway I went to the main hotel and they honoured my booking with a few hidden fees , now I'm am not complaining too much if I say a note on the building or a email notification to say go up the street is not only polite but needed in this situation, I mean this hotel does not exist so go up the street to the left then right , other side of park entrance, don't trip over the sleeping cats :)

The staff were genuinely caring, polite and went over and beyond on special requests.

Cons:

The hotel building and the amenities of course are not to cater for the premium or luxury category, but are sufficient for a comfortable stay during transit, especially considering the very low price.

Pros:

Bad service, ask us to leave wont allow us to change the date to a day after even there's empty room, it's 330am in the midnight, and its not very clean from what i can see at the reception. Running a business in this manner would not excel.
