Preis-Leistung für Holbox gut, moderner Look

Cons:

Zwar war die Unterkunft noch relativ neu aber alles war schon sehr runtergewirtschaftet, Wasserhahn war verkalkt, Zimmer sehr dunkel, Pool dreckig, Frühstück zwar gut aber wenig und kaum Auswahl (eine Eispeise oder Pancakes stehen zur Auswahl). Es gibt auch keine Nachschlag. Kaffee ohne Milch.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Room is of decent size, with a small fridge, which we appreciated. Upper floor rooms have a balcony with a hamaca, which is enjoyable. But we will seek alternative hotel options.

Cons:

Staff was somewhat (dis)engaged, no change of towels with room cleaning, no milk provided for coffee in the morning, no courtesy water bottles in the room, on windy/rainy days; no possibility to shelter guests, in the completely open breakfast room, swimming pool water was not clear and not clean... a pity... only four sunbeds for the whole place...

Todo el lugar es hermoso, tranquilo, está muy cerca del ferry y de la calle principal, también es cerca de la playa del centro, unos 20 minutos caminando o menos

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal si vous recherchez le calme, car il est situé à l’écart du centre et loin de l’agitation en soirée. Nous avons bien apprécié le repos la nuit sans bruit de circulation ni foule.

Una gran opción de alojamiento, cuenta con los servicios básicos y lo que cualquier otro alojamiento pueda ofrecer, tiene un plus incluye desayuno sencillo, el personal es amable, cerca de la entrada de holbox, y a 6 min caminando al centro

Pros:

La chambre est jolie et fonctionnelle, le balcon est chouette, c'était propre, le personnel souriant. On a même eu notre chambre plus tôt que prévu.

Eau de la douche froide mais c'est dans la majorité des hôtels du Yucatan j'ai l'impression.

el restaurant fue lo unico que salva a este lugar , pero muchas moscas , para eso exite aparatos para evita esto,

al llegar nos solicitaron identificaciones la de TODOS, hasta de mis 3 hijoss menores de dad, es algo denigrante. creo y con su servidor basta , lleve a mi hijo como extra al cuarto y pusieron pretextos . a pesar que le expuso que pagaba el extra mando a traer a la gerente, no existe ahi con motivos para solucionar problemas, se crea un problemas con estas señoras. el cuarto llegamos y lleno de arena , creo y no conocen el aseo a cuartos. no tienen en la noche a nadie para exponer estos detalles , la recepcionista se va y no deja a nadie en la noche. YO NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. PERO SI USTEDES LES GUSTA EXPONERSE ADELANTE. ATTE JORGE FLORES
