Nuit courte pour l’ascension du mont Batur (départ 2h40) mais nous avons passé un super moment là-bas.

In the evening the staff made a fire for us. The staff was very friendly. When we askes for any restaurant or what so ever, our host Ras arraged it for us. From the 11 hotels and resorts on out stay in Indonesia, the had the best services!!

The place is great value for money, the materials maybe a little bit simple, but guys really do 5* service!
I recommend to preorder bbq dinner on sunset — that was amazing

I read the reviews before arriving, and they were absolutely accurate — the level of care here feels like a five‑star hotel, the way you’re looked after is exceptional and refined. I don’t even know where to begin because this stay was extraordinary in every sense. The service was flawless, always available, and effortlessly attentive, with seamless pickup and drop‑off that made everything feel beautifully taken care of. Every detail was organised for me with such ease that I could fully exhale the moment I arrived. The property itself is stunning, with an atmosphere that feels both elevated and deeply soothing, a place where you can genuinely relax. The view is extraordinary, and sitting in front of the fire at night felt like a private luxury ritual — quiet, intimate, and unforgettable. This was, without question, the finest experience I’ve had in Bali, and I will return here without hesitation, a thousand times over.

Location is great, staff was welcoming. We received a free bonfire which was nice to have in this location. Night sky was great.

I stayed at Lava Sky Kintamani and out of five weeks in Bali and seven different accommodations, this was by far my favourite place! It honestly felt like I spent four days living inside a painting. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the view is absolutely stunning, the kind you just don’t get tired of looking at.

What made the stay even more special was Sudi. He went above and beyond to make everything as comfortable as possible. From lighting a campfire, ordering and picking up food and having it delivered directly to my room & driving me around whenever needed. Sudi did it all with such warmth and a constant big smile. His kindness really stood out and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thanks again Sudi!!!

I already know I want to come back, and next time I’ll definitely stay longer. The calmness and beauty of this place were exactly what I needed.

Une adresse absolument exceptionnelle pour vivre l'expérience du Mont Batur comme elle se doit.

Dès l'arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec une chaleur et une bienveillance rares. Attentionnés sans jamais être intrusifs, ils ont anticipé nos besoins, répondu à toutes nos questions sur le trek avec des conseils précieux, et créé une atmosphère qui donne immédiatement envie de rester plus longtemps.

Mais ce qui rend le Lava Sky vraiment unique, c'est son emplacement. Se réveiller en pleine nuit, partir marcher dans l'obscurité et atteindre le sommet du Batur pour voir le soleil se lever sur la caldeira et le lac — c'est une expérience qui marque à vie. Et savoir qu'on redescend ensuite dans un hébergement aussi accueillant, c'est le luxe absolu.

Le cadre est à couper le souffle à toute heure : le coucher de soleil sur le volcan depuis la terrasse la veille, puis ce lever de soleil inoubliable au sommet le lendemain matin.

Si vous venez à Kintamani pour faire le trek du Batur, ne cherchez plus. Le Lava Sky est l'endroit parfait pour vivre cette aventure dans les meilleures conditions possible. Je recommande chaudement et sans la moindre réserve.
