Pros:

Quiet and cosy rooms. We had a hill side room booked, which had a lovely view of the castle. On the hill. There were builders outside restoring the steps, but we did not hear a thing with the window closed.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The cafe downstairs offers amazing matcha.
We would definitely come back given the chance!

Pros:

The room was beautiful with a great view, clean, comfortable and had all the essential amenities. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the staff at the reception were very polite and professional. The staff serving breakfast were also very polite and were trying their best.

Cons:

Despite the welcoming and polite atmosphere in the restaurant, the service pace was falling behind.

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and modern and the staff were very accommodating and friendly whilst we were there.
Although it isn't quite in the heart of town the public transport very accessible and easy to catch. Transport comes every few minutes.
We personally liked staying somewhere that was a little more quiet and had a beautiful view out of our room.
