Only the exterior hardware looks like a 4-5 star hotel, everything else from the cold receptionists to low quality ameni
Pros:

New and fresh, overall look clean and welcoming. Room is spacious with lots of closet space.

Cons:

Water pressure is low, a few of the receptionists are just focused on paperwork and looking down, no greetings when we first arrive or even bother to ask how was our stay during check out. One receptionist even made eye contact with us when we were in the queue and looked away, then continued looking down with her paperwork, until her colleague next to her asked her to attend to us. Also they refused to take credit card for incidental deposit, asked for cash only until we insisted that we don’t have enough cash and pushed them to check with their manager - this is the first “five star hotel” that doesn’t take credit card for incidental. Housekeeping inconsistent, different towel given on hand sink everyday, sometimes they give us face towel, sometimes a mix of hand towel & face towel; most importantly, there’s no soap dish for hand soap on the basin - we flipped a glass and use the bottom of the glass as a soap dish. Towels were good but other amenities were of really low quality, like the toilet rolls & slippers you’d get in cheap budget hotel, cotton pad that broke apart once wet, etc. Overall only the exterior hardware looks good, many software & important details were missing; staff are under trained or can’t be bothered. Oh and we received a departure notice to remind us to check out on time - this was a first.. I’ve stayed in hotels around 2-3 months a year around the world for work and I’ve never seen anything like this.

Hotel que no corresponde a 5 estrellas, el personal poco agradable, no te ponen ni una mesa será botella de agua en la habitación de cortesía, y la ubicación no es nada buena, me ha decepcionado, calidad precio muy mal

Pros:

Great hotel with great amenities. The buffet breakfast was my favourite and it filled me up for the rest of the day. The pantry area was a bonus to the room. The infinity pool was good.

Comfortabel!
Pros:

Ruime slaapkamer en badkamer. Iedere dag wordt deze netjes verschoond.

Cons:

Er mochten meer ligbedden in de zon zijn bij het zwembad. Daarnaast was momenteel de wellness gesloten.

Wunderschönes neues Hotel in bester Lage. Große Zimmer, sehr guter Service, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Streetfood Märkte sind per Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das WLan war leider nicht sehr stabil
