Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader voor iedereen wie, in Penang, luxe kwaliteit en comfort zoekt.
Pros:

What an experience! This is a modern, brand-new, top-quality hotel about which one simply cannot find any complaints or faults. The view from the large, quiet, and stylishly furnished room (+50 m²) was stunning. The rooftop bar with its adjacent infinity pool is definitely worth a visit as well. Breakfast here is also a culinary experience. The staff are extremely friendly and well-trained.

Wat een beleving! Dit is een modern, gloednieuw, tophotel waarover men geen klachten noch fouten kan verzinnen. Het uitzicht uit de grote, stille en stijlvol ingerichte kamer (+50 m²) was prachtig. Ook de rooftopbar met aanpalend infinity zwembad is zeker de moeite waard. Ontbijten is hier eveneens een culinaire beleving. Zeer vriendelijk en getraind personeel.

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel überragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in guter Lage.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, sehr sauber, extrem gemütliches Bett, toller Skypool und man kann sich in der Lobby gleich kostenloses Wasser/Säfte holen (bei den Temperaturen sehr gut)

Cons:

1 bis 2 Handtücher extra (zu den Badetücher), sowie Bademäntel wären toll gewesen.

Comfortable and modern.
Pros:

Comfortable, modern hotel. Breakfast was good when we went at 7am but on the day we went at 8.30 the atmosphere was manic and the buffet depleted.
It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town but as it’s not the nicest of walks in the heat, so it’s worth getting a ride. Using Grab is cheap and easy.

Cons:

The WiFi is set to log off after just 1 minute of inactivity. It’s not the end of the world but it is an unnecessary annoyance.

Bonne propreté hôtel qui dans le lieu vaux sont 5 mais clairement pas avec le personnel
Pros:

Le confort des chambres, propriété au top dans la chambre et aussi vers la piscine petit déjeuner bon et varié, de plus jolie déco dans l’établissement

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé l’emplacement un peu loins des centres d’intérêts, de plus j’estime que le personnel doit quand même savoir situé l’hôtel sur une carte de la ville mais visiblement pour nous il a été impossible de nous donner deux trois endroits à visiter et de situer l’hôtel. De plus le personnel est extrêmement lent et pas du tout jovial impression de déranger de manière continue

Pros:

Le lit était très bien. La chambre très grande. La vue extraordinaire de la chambre suite magazine. On a aussi apprécié la kitchenette. La piscine est aussi très agréable, même si un peu trop à l’ombre . Seul le petit déjeuner n’est pas au niveau de l’hôtel. Mais c’est pas grave il y a plein d’endroits où manger après en ville.
