Nice place. Good stay. Easy for public transport

Modern und sauber in einem authentischen Viertel.
Pros:

Sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Für Japan grösseres Zimmer als üblich.
Balkon mit Ausblick über das Viertel.
Einige nette Lokale in der Nähe ( authentisch ).

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor oder nach dem Check In zwischenzulagern.
Handtücher werden auch auf Nachfrage nicht ausgetauscht.
Die oft beschriebene, "nicht so gute Gegend", sollte man nicht vorschnell beurteilen.
Es hängt von der gewählten U Bahnstation ab, was sie sehen.

部屋の広さ+値段と立地のトレードオフ
Pros:

金額に対して部屋が広くて使いやすかった。単身住宅の設備で料理や洗濯もできる。暗証番号を入れて鍵を取り出す形式なのでチェックインアウトの際にスタッフを呼ぶ必要がない。

Cons:

ロケーションとアクセスが良くなかった。荻ノ茶屋駅は電車の停まる本数が少なく、駅周辺の治安も悪そうだったので、最寄りのトラムの今船駅を利用した。近くて便利だったがトラムの停車場は人通りが少なく本数も1時間に2本程度で地元の人が使う様子だったし、キャリーバッグなどの大荷物では利用しづらいと思う。天下茶屋駅から荷物を持って歩くのは少し厳しい。
スタッフが最小限のようなのでチェックイン前に荷物を預けたりはできない。

Convenient hotel within walking distance of the city center
Pros:

Direct communication with the host—no unnecessary explanations, strictly business-like and to the point. No attempts to pitch other services to me – a professional approach.

Cons:

The only minor remark I have is the lack of a bedside reading lamp.

二度と泊まりたくないし、他人には避けるよう言う。

全てが新しかった。

Cons:

スタッフに日本語が通じない。パジャマ（寝巻）がなかった。価格が内容に比べて法外に高い。お茶、コーヒー等が全くなかった。ホテル近くの環境いわゆるドヤ街で夕食等に出かけられる雰囲気ではないしホテルじゃなくいわゆる新築の民泊でホテル名を言っても駐在所でもわからなかった。

便利で快適。
Pros:

スタッフさんがとても親切でフレンドリーだったので有り難かったです。新今宮駅から歩けない距離ではないし、最寄駅はもっと近いところにもあるので、足回りはいい。西成というディープな街を楽しむにはいいかなと。小さいながらダイニングテーブルとして使えるテーブルがあったので、スーパーで食材を買って自炊できました。この点がいちばん嬉しかったです。

Cons:

キッチンもあるので部屋で食事を楽しめましたが、食器をもうちょっと充実させてもらえたら。たとえばグラス、小皿やどんぶり、それにナイフ、フォークなど。
