Affaccio finestra del monolocale al piano secondo su un deposito materassi in garage.
La brocca per scaldate l acqua era sporca ed aveva ancora dentro della acqua con dei depositi
L'aspirazione un bano era piena di polvere
Probabilmente dovrebbero pulire il filtro del condizionatore per migliorare l'odore

Pros:

Clean and big studio with a nice big swimming pool and gym. And a tennis court. Friendly staff and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Sense of luxury. I enjoyed my station!

Disappointing
Pros:

One of the air cons didn’t work in the lounge, temperature remained at 30c, and they are extremely loud. Staff were great

STAY AWAY!
Pros:

The location is great, and if the room is very clean. Staff from the taxi to BTS was very friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

Initially, the room we were given didn’t look like the pictures. It had only a small side window, essentially a blind window, so we refused that room. During the move, one of our suitcases fell off the unprofessional trolley used by the hotel staff, resulting in a broken handle.

The staff did not help resolve the issue and even accused me of lying. I had to watch all the CCTV footage to prove the incident had occurred. Update: After telling my girlfriend twice that they had provided feedback, they once again accused me of lying and said they were unable to connect the CCTV images. This has been painful and frustrating. UPDATE: denying responsibility in a shirt message, no meeting possible with management.

Internet did not work at all at first, but got fixed to working a bit. Had to use my hotspot for most of my stay.
