Pros:

E greu să spun ca mi-a plăcut ceva.Erau lucruri aruncate și îndesate peste tot în spațiile comune(mobilier,perne,etc).

Cons:

Nu este hotel,mai repede o pensiune,cu 2 camarute unde se servește micul dejun care avea un aparat de cafea ce nu funcționa si ți se oferea la schimb plicuri de ness.Dacă doreai curățenie în camera trebuia să anunți așa-zisa recepție cu o zi înainte.

Pros:

Location was great, our balloon trip in another valley was cancelled but we were woken up by the goreme balloon flights as they are exceptionally close, so was great to see them take off and fly. The property is very close to town, just a 5 minute walk to the centre. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We were surprised our room wasn't cleaned during our two day stay, but that wasn't a big deal.

Great staff
Pros:

We chose Cappadocia at the last minute and couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff were amazing, helped us book activities, and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great, and the location away from the busy centre was exactly what we wanted. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the terrace with its stunning views. Highly recommend!

Good but could be better
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room and the space were excellent, the environment was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent except for the coffee.
Parking 🅿️ available in front of the entrance.

Cons:

Lack of real coffee. They have a coffee machine, but it's probably broken because they don't use it. The internet connection is terrible, almost non-existent.

Pros:

El hotel se ve muy nuevo pero hay cosillas sin rematar. La terraza está genial para ver los globos y el personal es muy amable. La habitación es muy espaciosa. En general bien.

Cons:

Como digo había cosas sin terminar como un agujero grande en la pared del baño, el router colgando o la alcachofa se salía y aparte se caía por la presión y no iba muy bien ni se regulaba la temperatura bien aunque lo primero nos lo arreglaron rápido. Por último se escuchan muy fuerte los rezos dentro de la habitación con la ventana cerrada y a las 5am no era muy agradable. Pero en general bien, para unos días si lo recomendaría.

Colazione abbondante, varia e molto buona, personale della colazione super disponibile.
Bellissima terrazza con vista sulla valle.

Cons:

Le camere non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative, sembravano incompiute (Tende oscuranti che facevano passare tantissima luce, porta del bagno che poteva essere chiusa solo a chiave altrimenti continuava ad aprirsi, mobile lavandino pericolante, tubi a vista e bagno non finestrato senza nemmeno una ventola).
Inoltre su 4 notti di soggiorno la stanza è stata rifatta 1 sola volta nonostante su booking sia specificato pulizia giornaliera. Alla seconda richiesta di pulizia ci è stato detto che il personale non aveva trovato le chiavi della stanza (le avevamo lasciate alla reception tutto il giorno).
Dall'insegna al di fuori dell'hotel è stata oscurata la scritta Hotel.
Assolutamente non un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ad altri soggiorni in Turchia.
