Price range is great for the room and hotel's location.
Location is great as well.
Staff is amazing, always ready to help in all ways they can.

Be aware that I did not receive one of those rooms without windows other reviews write about, but i believe you can request a room with windows when booking.

Cons:

Ventilation system in the bathroom? Shower place was constantly humid and I was not sure if it was okay considering hot climate.

It was quite noisy due to windows being located on the highway, but mostly bearable if you get tired enough during the day.

Happy time, good sleeping, for very short stay it’s ok 5/10
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, comfy well-maintained rooms, very friendly staff, close to beautiful Jomtien beach and Jomtien night market and other places (5 minutes walking)
Breakfast is good (but quite late starting 08:30-10:30 am)

Cons:

Room is in the underground/cellar and has no daylight, no window (no information about that circumstances before in the booking), it’s possible to pay 300 Baht to change the room with daylight and window.
Wastewater smells terrible in the bathroom. The chemical air freshener against this wastewatersmell makes headache and seems not not me healthy.
Roomdoor isn’t soundproofed, it’s to hear anything from the staircase.
