Good location in the center city. Clean building.
The lift is under your room wall, so every time that someone takes the lift, it makes some noise inside your room.
Kitchen there are few things, 2 forks , 2 spoon, 2 pan (nobody cook with few things like that)
There is no kitchen cloths, so its impossible you clean the sink.
There is water leaking when you take a shower is catastrophic .
For the price its expensive.

Y en la planta baja de entrada huele perpetuamente a cuarto de basura.
Por lo demás todo bien.
La ubicación es buena, entre la estación y el centro. El check in es sencillo. La habitación está muy completa y moderna. Es cómodo y había sal, aceite y pimienta, bolsas de basura, café y pastillas de lavavajillas. El secador es bueno. Muy bien, lo recomiendo.
Por decir algo, nos faltó papel de cocina.

The place in general is quite nice and the hotel is very well equipped. I have stayed here multiple times in the past.
The costumer service is basically non existent. The hotel relies on everything being automatised, as it starts to be common everywhere. However, I don't find acceptable that the hotel has zero staff and with that comes the complete incapacity to solve problems that appear to the guests. We are guests and we are expecting support when things happen. We have noone else to rely on while we are accommodated there.
In my particular case, I asked for a specific room that was never denied. When I got to the hotel, I didn't get that room. When I complained about it, the costumer service basically ignored my initial complaint. It was only when I started threatening with bad reviews that they agreed they messed up and moved me to another room (which initially was not possible, which says a lot). In the transition the hotel staff threw away the food I had in the refrigerator even though multiple warnings from my side. Then they took more than 16h (I kid you not) to contact the cleaning staff and confirm the good was thrown away. When they realized the mess up the only thing they did was "we are sorry, there is nothing we can do now". There is plenty that could have been done, anything really. Sorry is not quite acceptable for throwing away things from the costumer even when they warned extensively.
So, bottom line: in this day and age where costumer service is being neglected all over and we are all getting used to be treated like mere money sources, I refuse to accept that in a hotel, in a foreign country, the hotel takes 16h to contact the cleaning people and in the end not provide any kind of help after the mess up occurs.
They deserve the bad review because this is just a choice: let's save on costumer support and automate everything we can. The money is what matters and it will keep coming. Unless the bad reviews reflect that.
Location in the center and close to a parking lot are great
Noise from the street. Noise is going through the window like if it was open. No possibility to open the light in the kitchen without lightening the entire room. So everybody is awake if you need to go in the kitchen early morning. Probably due to an event that week end but the price was over rated: 300€ for a night.
