Great value but sadly I won’t return
Pros:

The property is near beautiful Kamala beach and clean and tidy

Cons:

I was really disappointed to have to pay £30 for misplacing my key card. Especially as I didn’t have any cash to pay it. If you are going to charge that high amount for a replacement key card you should have a card machine payment system at the hotel. I have never in my life had to pay more than the room to replace a key card for a hotel room.

Penthouse was better than expected. Staff were phenomenal
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very accomodating and always happy to help. The penthouse was beautiful.

Cons:

The cheaper room that I stayed in was much lower quality

Pros:

Nouvel établissement pas loin de la mer et des commerces

Cons:

Pas de balcon, clim pas performante, pas de nettoyage de la chambre durant le séjour ce qui inclus les serviettes et les gels douche très limités et pas de bouteille d'eau limite par ces températures
Difficile de sécher le linge dans ces conditions !

Kamala beach var underbar, lugnt och skönt med bra utbud av restauranger och massage. Trivsamt hotell med mycket trevlig
Pros:

Fantastiska killar i receptionen. Rymligt rum.
De var hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga. Kunde inte varit bättre.

Cons:

Saknade att det inte finns balkonger till rummen men detta viste vi om. Bra städat men det var omöjligt att få nya rena av de mindre handdukarna varje dag. När vi bett om detta i 4 dagar gav vi upp. Däremot badlakan byttes varje dag.
