Do not recommend and will not return again.
Pros:

Not a great location, Room was not cleaned as sheets were dirty with stains and the previous guests' rubbish was still in the room. The Wifi kept switching and falling away, not sure if it was the facility or the service provider's issue. The access card kept malfunctioning and after the 5th attempt, I got moved to another room whose condition was similar to the first in terms of cleanliness.

Lifeless ghost hotel avoid. As seasoned travelers, we found this 4-star hotel a huge disappointment. It is a cold, remote property that makes it impossible to get food deliveries or use Uber/Bolt taxis. The staff were absent, arrogant, and incompetent whenever we made a request. We were assigned the wrong room, the safe was broken, there was no breakfast or dining service, and the only vending machine lacked change; a housekeeper even went to the wrong room and woke us up at 5:15 AM! There was no response to our request for a shuttle to visit the city, and—saving the best for last—the airport shuttle listed as free on Booking.com turned out to cost money on-site! Truly disgraceful.

Hotel fantôme et sans vie - Habitués des voyages, quelle déception pour un 4*. Hôtel froid et éloigné qui empêche d'avoir la livraison de repas et les taxi uber/volt. Un personnel absent, arrogant et incompétent à chaque demande. Mauvaise chambre attribuée , un coffre fort en panne, pas de petit déjeuners ni restauration et pas de monnaie pour le seul distributeur de boissons, une femme de chambre qui se trompe de chambre et nous réveille à 5h15 !, aucune réponse à notre demande de navette pour visiter la ville et le meilleur pour la fin une navette aéroport/hôtels gratuite sur booking qui devient payante sur place !!! vraiment honteux.

We just stayed one night for the Springbok All Black Game. We not really experienced the Hotel
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast. It was not included in the price and the breakfast is too expensive. It's safe and we felt secure. Rooms were neat. They arranged a shuttle for us to go to the Rugby, we just waited very long to be fetched

Cons:

All was good. We just waited a long time for the shuttle/taxi to fetch us after the Rugby. We waited almost two hours, but the traffic was hectic. It is a bit expensive if one can only book in after 13:00, then one goes to the Rugby and only arrives back at 22:00, sleeps, wakes up and one has to leave, but at least it's safe

Clean rooms

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7h30 but I had to wait till 9h00 for the kitchen to open and them to prep the food. And some of the things we wanted on the menu we not there had to settle for what we don't like.
