Pros:

Great staff, super helpful! The perfect location if you want to walk to the beach everyday. Fast wifi, I was here for a month and had no issue. When I return to Phuket I will be staying here

Einfach schlimm!!!
Pros:

Gar nichts, es war einfach furchtbar und hat extrem nach Urin gerochen, wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist

Pros:

The hotel is located near several beaches, the rooftop has nice views and there's a cafe on the ground floor. We didn't use it but it looks really friendly.

Cons:

We spent three nights there, and it was quiet loud since the hotel is mostly for one-night stand, as we later realized. Cleanness also could be improved a bit.

Pros:

The staff (most of ) were very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was great ..great choices to suit everyone.
The pool area was very nice.

Cons:

When we checked in the receptionist took a deposit of 200e on our card but told us we would not get back for a month.She was quite rude about it.That was not our experience in other hotels as we got the money back as soon as we checked out....in the Sawasdee hotel next to kata resort.I dont understand how bank policy could be so different in 2 hotels.

There was always a rotten egg smell in the room
Which was awful.The lighting in the room was very poor.

We only got two 500ml bottles of water daily.Everywhere else we got two litres.
