Pros:

The staff (most of ) were very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was great ..great choices to suit everyone.
The pool area was very nice.

Cons:

When we checked in the receptionist took a deposit of 200e on our card but told us we would not get back for a month.She was quite rude about it.That was not our experience in other hotels as we got the money back as soon as we checked out....in the Sawasdee hotel next to kata resort.I dont understand how bank policy could be so different in 2 hotels.

There was always a rotten egg smell in the room
Which was awful.The lighting in the room was very poor.

We only got two 500ml bottles of water daily.Everywhere else we got two litres.

La proximité avec la plage et les commerces

Cons:

Insalubre, fuites d’eau à limite en faire tomber le plafond. Pas de fenêtre donc pas d’aération. Des faux cils encore collés sur la lampe et salle de bain avec de la rouille. L’hôtel est situé dans un bar, ce n’est pas familial.

Pros:

It was cheap, and owner & staff were lovely

Cons:

No balcony, it was smelly & very dated but was super cheap and we only stayed 1 night.

Cons:

Era muy viejo! La cama era durísima, como dormir en el suelo. Las habitaciones olían horrible, a alcantarillado. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación muchas veces. No es un lugar agradable para alojar varias noches
