Trevligt hotell med ett kanonbra läge!
Pros:

- Samtlig personal var mycket serviceminded och gav ett vänligt intryck.
- Läget passar oss perfekt, väldigt nära Karon Beach.
- En mycket bra säng, min sambo med ryggproblem klassar den som bästa sängen av alla hotell han har besökt.
- Airconditionen fungerade perfekt.
- De stekta grönsakerna som fanns på frukosten vid ett par tillfällen var jättegoda.
- Jättefin takbar med goda drinkar.
- Suveränt bra med en strandväska på rummet.
- Rutinen för att byta poolhanddukar var jättebra.

Cons:

- Den första delen av vår vistelse fungerade det med att städerskan ställde in toapapper så att det räckte till dagen efter, men under den senare delen av vår vistelse ställdes det inte in någon extra toarulle. Vilket innebar att toapappret tog slut vid ett par tillfällen. Vi avskyr verkligen att behöva jaga toalettpapper på vår semester, sånt ska bara fungera på ett hotell.
- Vi upplevde även att det snålades med duschtvål, vid något tillfälle var det inte självklart att det skulle räcka till en dusch.
-Wifi på rum 221 fungerade inte alls bra.
- I jämförelse med andra hotell i området(med samma klassificering) upplevde vi att frukosten var lite torftig: bacon till äggröra fanns endast vissa dagar, croissanterna var inte färska utan extremt torra, detsamma gällande delar av brödutbudet. Någon av dagarna fanns det inte wienerbröd till samtliga gäster. Någon morgon var inte "omelettstationen" bemannad när vi kom, när det väl kom en personal blev det så lång kö att vi helt struntade i omelett. Sammantaget så känns utbudet på frukosten som ett förbättringsområde.
- Vid flera tillfällen fick vi poolhanddukar som var fläckiga, det kändes ofräscht.
- Vi saknade en vattenkran utanför hotellet att spola av våra sandiga fötter på, det har funnits på övriga hotell vi har besökt i området.

Our stay in Karon
Pros:

Lovely staff especially up stairs at the Halo bar. Milk & Ivan and one other young girl sorry don’t know your name.
Very good service , lovely food & cocktails. Karon beach is beautiful but better to walk further down, it’s a huge beach

Nice Breakfast.
Lovely new and clean hotel. Very modern..
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

The walls are a little thin so you can hear the next room voices and doors.
The location is central but for us this area of Karon is very dirty and busy.
The walk to the beach takes about 15 mins.

Since it’s right next to the street, loud motorcycles roar by every two or three minutes on every night. I stayed for three nights and didn’t sleep well at all any night.
