Overall, I was comfortable until things were missing

Don't let the pix fool you into thinking is is better than it is.
Pros:

Great staff, kind, helpful, considerate. Provide 2 waters per day & multiple coffee packets. Clean. Safe.

Cons:

Uncomfortable, hot, terrible air con or air con is capped at 27°. Too hot for me to sleep comfortably. No shower divider, shower basically wets everything. Luke warm water most of the time. Rock hard, thin mattress.
