Pros:

Θετικό στοιχείο η τοποθεσία και η δυνατότητα ασφαλούς φύλαξης αποσκευών σε πολύ κοντινό σημείο τόσο πριν το Check in όσο και μετά το Check out.
Το δωμάτιο μοντέρνο, όμορφο και λειτουργικό.

Cons:

Ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος (η είσοδος, οι διάδρομοι και ο ανελκυστήρας), δεν ταίριαζαν με επίπεδο ξενοδοχείου.
Θέλουν αρκετή φροντίδα και αναβάθμιση ώστε να συμβαδίζουν με το επίπεδο του δωματίου.

Ottima posizione centrale, stanza pulita

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola, vista pessima e aria condizionata ingestibile. Convivenza con famiglie di immigrati complicata, giovani a petto nudo di colore che stazionano nelle scale, dove spesso bivaccano, soprattutto al calar del sole.

Pros:

Tren istasyonuna yürümek çok yakın. Odalar yenilenmiş dekorasyon olarak ama… eksileri bence daha fazla. Sadece tren istasyonuna yakın olsun diyorsanız size uygun olabilir. Check-in saatinden önce valizinizi emanete bırakabilmek iyi.

Cons:

Otel bir apartmanın içerisinde bulunuyor. Otele girer girmez dayanılmaz bir idrar kokusu sizi karşılıyor. Bu nasıl çözülemez çok enteresan. Otelin sokağı ve önü güven hissi vermiyor. Bir kaç kişilik sürekli duran gruplar duruyor. Özellikle geç saatte yürümek tedirgin etti. Oda talep etmezseniz temizlenmiyor. Yatak çok ince ve rahatsız. Fiyat performans asla karşılamıyor. Bu tedirgin edici konuma göre fiyat çok yüksek.

何事もなくてよかった　　アクセスに便利だった
Pros:

駅からもトラム乗り場からも近い
お手頃料金

Cons:

セルフチェックインなので何かあった時　助けを求められない。
エレベーターで3階の部屋だったが　よくエレベーターが動かなかった。
真上の部屋の足音などよく聞こえた。

Pros:

Локацията е перфектна, ако си в Ница да обиколиш Лазурния бряг с местен транспорт. Гарата е на на 5 минути пешеходно разстояние. И едновременно с това, си в топ център, заобиколен от магазини и заведения.

Cons:

В апартамента има само една мивка, която в обща за банята, и за обособената кухня. Концесионерът е централизиран и на моменти в стаята беше доста топло, заради горещините навън.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Really nice place, newly renovated. Easy self check in. In a "quiet" street and we couldn't hear any neighbours either. Near train station and in walking distance to the old part of town. Steam appliance for wrinkled clothes – appreciated. Will recommend.

Cons:

Only thing is that the sink is next to the bed, not in bathroom, but not a huge problem.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Nice.
Pros:

De slimme indeling. Het was niet groot, maar alles klopte. Het verblijf was erg comfortabel.

Cons:

Het was een slechte buurt. Er sliep een dakloze man aan de overkant van de straat, er stonden drie obscure mannen ruzie te maken in de gang en er zat ook een keer een waarschijnlijk verslaafde vrouw. Ik heb geen last van ze gehad, maar het voelde wel een beetje onveilig.

Wel fijn was dat het ppartement de loopafstand van het station én van het centrum was.
