Review Highlights

Pros:

Generally very clean and modern rooms
Convenient keyless/code entry and luggage storage option
Good value/price for short stays
Cons:
Uncomfortable beds/sofa bed (thin/very hard) — not suitable for two adults
Rooms can be very small and lack kitchen/long-stay facilities
Occasional bad smells in bathroom or lobby; some maintenance issues (lift, non-adjustable AC)
Noise from other floors and courtyard-facing windows in some rooms

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Frequently described as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews (e.g., 'pentákathara', 'pulito', 'very clean'). Some isolated issues with smells in bathrooms/hall and expectations about daily towel service noted, but overall cleanliness is positive.
Service
1
Mixed/limited mentions: keyless/code entry and luggage-holding service are praised; minimal staff interaction reported. Some operational issues (slow/unreliable lift, people loitering in lobby) suggest service is adequate but not outstanding.
Location
1
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central, close to transport, airport and main attractions; repeatedly noted as a primary positive.
Room Quality
1
Multiple negative points: very small/tight rooms, uncomfortable beds/sofa-bed for two (thin mattress, very hard), odd bathroom layouts (basin outside), AC not adjustable, and windows facing a poor courtyard in at least one review.
Amenities
1
Notable lacks and issues: no kitchen facilities (problem for longer stays), limited pillow options, missing expected hotel provisions (hooks, consistent towel service), and unpleasant smells in common areas; some conveniences (code lock, nearby luggage storage) are positives but overall amenities are weak.
Value for Money
1
Several reviews mention good value/price ratio and new/clean rooms for the price; balanced by complaints about space and comfort for longer stays.
Food and Beverage
1
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: strong positives for location and cleanliness, but comfort issues (beds/sofa-bed, small rooms), occasional noise, smells and facility quirks pull the overall impression down to a fair/mixed experience.

well-equipped room for a short stay.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Despite its small size, it had everything I needed for my stay.

Cons:

The apartment itself was fine, but I didn’t particularly like the building or the surrounding area. The entrance and staircase had an unpleasant smell, and the street didn’t feel very welcoming in the evening.

Wonderful, we’ll stay here again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable
It was very quiet
And it was very clean

Cons:

It didn’t have a Safe to store my valuable items
But wasn’t a problem when I realised that there was a lot of security cameras around, but it was hard to get used to

Recommended place to stay (close to ailway station)
Pros:

Good location: 5 - 8 minutes walk from the railway station and about 10 minutes to the old town and beach. Easy self check-in procedure. Relatively small room with efficient design. Good shower. Clean.

Cons:

The bed was too soft for me. But that's a matter of personal preference.

Pros:

Good proximity to the train station, the actual room was nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

The entrance foyer to the building absolutely stank and didn't get better throughout our stay. There was no mention that the lift didn't go from the ground floor, you have to go up a flight of stairs to reach the lift. The rooms themselves were very nice, however the bathroom provides zero privacy with a see through door and a wide gap at the top and bottom of the door in place of a vent/fan for the shower steam. The bed itself was fine but you're only provided with one square shaped pillow (more like a couch cushion) so it was very uncomfortable after a couple of nights.

No vale lo que piden. Diseño bonito pero habitación y cama enana. Acceso sin ascensor y sucio.
Pros:

Diseño bonito y de calidad

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, con cama incómoda, nevera muy ruidosa. Esta en un edificio con otros residentes y la escalera huele fatal. No hay ascensor.

We will be coming back
Pros:

We really like the room because it’s just like the pictures, it was really close to gare de nice ville, one or two blocks away from the Main Street where you can find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and stores. It’s also about 15 min walk to the beach which it’s perfect. If you arrive before 3 pm they give you the option to drop off your luggage in the meantime (it costs 5 euros).

Cons:

We didn’t like that the entire time we were there, there were men at the front door, they were smoking mg and it made us a little uncomfortable.

Good
Pros:

Good Location. The room was clean and everything worked properly.

Cons:

The building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient with luggage. There was an unpleasant smell in the entrance area. The renovation and interior are average and could be improved.

Fabulous base for exploring
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this apart hotel. The room was modern, compact, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The well-sized fridge was particularly useful, and glasses, plates, and other essentials were also provided.

The location was excellent and ideal for exploring the French Riviera. The train station was just a five-minute walk away, allowing us to take day trips each morning to different destinations along the coast, all within around 35 minutes. It really couldn't have been more convenient. If you're wishing to visit Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Menton, Cagnes Sur Mer, Eze etc I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Sud Azur explore pass from the train station (50 euros for 7 days travel via train/bus/tram).

The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to find everything you need nearby. Nice Old Town, Place Massena, and the Promenade des Anglais are all within easy walking distance, making this a perfect base for sightseeing and enjoying the local atmosphere..

Pros:
