Central and well maintained rooms
Pros:

Communication - all the details have been provided on time, clear enough for us to self check-in with no issues.
Location - very central, train station nearby, easy airport access, plenty of places to eat, good supermarket just around the corner.
Safety - the building is locked, and each floor as well.
Rooms - a very good shower with a decent water pressure, big smart tv, a coffee machine (as someone who is up at 5am when no cafes are open yet I’m always grateful to have some coffee in the room).
Comfort - the room temperature can be easily adjusted and windows can be opened at night.
Plenty of sockets by the bed and around the room.

Cons:

A little shelve in the bathroom would help.
The wardrobe was useless as too hard to access and too small anyway.
These are minor things, and were not an issue during our few days stay.

Pros:

Lokalita - kousek od centra. Moderně vybavený pokoj, velká televize. Ideální ubytování na krátkodobý pobyt v Nice.

Cons:

Ocenili bychom, kdyby se alespoň obden vynášel koš. Po třech dnech se nám tam nakupily odpadky, které jsme museli dávat do vlastních papírových tašek.

it looked exactly like in photos, good price, it had a steam iron - really useful for the clothes, clean room.

Cons:

some weird guys keep standing near the entrance in the night, the owner told us some of them live in the building, but some just waited for people to enter and they keep the door open - so be careful.

Bardzo dobrze urządzony apartament. Widać, że podeszli do tego z pasją. Bardzo dobrej jakości materiały oraz Bardzo solidne wyposażenie. Elegancja i funkcjonalność. Nawet filiżanki w pokoju są marki zara home. Do tego suszarka dreame oraz parownica philips. Wygodne i stylowe włączniki światła, nawet kosze na śmieci są eleganckie.

Cons:

Tylko dwie kapsułki na kawę na pobyt 2 dni (dla dwóch osób). Pudełko mieści 6. Można było chociaż 4 zostawić - po jednej na każdy poranek.

Nice accommodation with renovated rooms, easy access to transportation facilities and city center.
Pros:

Very close to the transportation routes and main boulevard, new renovated rooms. Safe digital access for self check in accommodation.

Cons:

The rest of the building stairs would need a bit of cleaning, but I guess that is just a shared space and cannot be maintained at the same standards as the rooms.

Camera molto bella e in posizione ottima a due passi da centro commerciale, viale con negozi, bar ecc. Dotata anche di macchina del caffè nespresso.

Cons:

Peccato che per ottimizzare lo spazio del bagno l'unico lavandino sia quello del mobile bar in camera che ne rende un pò scomodo l'utilizzo.

Struttura nella centralissima via di Nizza , di fronte alla Cattedrale Notre Dame , a tantissimi servizi , ristoranti, negozi , mezzi di trasporto , monumenti, centri di interesse. Ottima pulizia e sicurezza

Cons:

Purtroppo per chi soggiorna all’ultimo piano deve sopportare lo scalpitio degli inquilini di sopra che credo abbiano un bimbo che le piace correre

Ottima struttura ricettiva nel cuore di Nizza

Struttura molto centrale e ben pulita , lo staff molto cordiale e veloce nel rispondere ad ogni questione

Cons:

Si dovrebbe fare qualcosa per la camera 24 che purtroppo si sente forte odore di fritto dalla boutique di dolci tipici al di sotto della struttura , e l’odore rimane impregnato negli abiti
