A boutique hotel in the middle of Hoedspruit
Pros:

The property is really ideally located in quite a new-ish part of town and has so many awesome little places such as art galleries, coffee shops, a deli and a few other really lovely little spots. I will definitely be back!

Cons:

Easy to access bur didn’t have a bush vibe to it like we would have expected. Also wished the pool was heated.

Cons:

There was a weird smell for the first 2 nights of our stay which was later sorted but it did impact our experience. Also didn’t like that the housekeeper didn’t really fully service the rooms until we asked for changed bedding. Did a sloppy job.

One of a kind beautiful hotel. aesthetically pleasing to the eye, breakfast on the go was delicious.
Pros:

Location is perfect, the hotels design is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, something I have never seen before, it's getting likes from my WhatsApp status, I love the contemporary minimalistic look and feel of it. Its clean and refreshing, the landscape garden is beautiful. As for the staff everyone I came across and welcoming and warm, more especially a lovely lady by the name of Palesa, I won't forget her, how she was so hospitable, it was nice to be in her company, I enjoyed the chats we shared.

Cons:

I would have liked the tv to have Dstv so I can watch the Soweto Derby, but luckily I came with my laptop therefore I streamed it. The rooms could do with a small microwave

What a gem!!!
Pros:

What a gem!!! Such a well appointed and sleek hotel. Beside the professional service, everything in the room is so well considered. Spacious and sophisticated.

Cons:

If I really have to nit pick, we found the mattress a little too soft. I dont think it's soft from overuse, I just think the original mattress selection was too soft.

Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and clean, would recommended this place for holiday and solo travelling

Cons:

The housekeeping staff do not report items left behind, and when you call, they deny having found anything. I forgot my food in the fridge, which I don't mind them keeping, but they also deny that I left my hair products there. This is completely unacceptable, especially since other hotels and lodges report and keep small items for up to six months. Therefore, if you're checking out, make sure to triple-check that you have all your belongings.

The location of the accommodation was excellent. Close to restaurants and a coffee shop. There is also a day spa within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly, with good recommendations

Cons:

The breakfast that's included in the package was good; however, it would have been nice if there were more options for breakfast.
