Location
1
Location is called out as great for food and entertainment and conveniently next to the main road; generally positive with easy access to town.
Room Quality
1
Rooms are described as spacious, sleek, with comfortable beds and good views; minor notes about kitchenette supplies and access but overall strong.

Positive points for a beautiful pool and well-stocked mini bar in some rooms, but consistent gaps noted (no on-site spa, small bar refrigerator, limited TV options) lower this score.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms were huge, clean and had everything you needed. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They organised trips and gave lots of advice about restaurants etc. Breakfast was served at the cafe next door where the staff were helpful and friendly

The hotel is beautiful
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful, clean and very large. The team were amazing and very welcoming and helpful. They really took care of everything we needed.

Cons:

Due to some roads that were damaged a while ago, the location was a bit far from the Orpen Kruger gate and therefore we had to waist too much time on the road going to and back. We wish we would be able to know that in advance.

We had a bad experience at vida caffe as the staff was unfriendly and the food took long.however I still rate Khiwane hotel 10/10 as the breakfast is not provided by them.
